It also has health insurance options counselors who help older adults understand their Medicare benefits and determine whether they’re eligible for Medicaid, which can reduce their out-of-pocket care expenses.
OC Veterans Service Office(833) 480-6555The OC Veterans Service Office has trained officers who help older veterans apply for benefits that can help reduce out-of-pocket assisted living expenses, including veterans’ home placement, Aid and Attendance and pension benefits. It can also screen veterans for eligibility for TRICARE and VA medical services.
Orange Senior Center(714) 538-9633The Orange Senior Center, located in the county seat of Orange, provides weekly social and recreational programs for older adults in the community and surrounding areas. At the center, members can participate in clubs and fitness classes, sit in on presentations and attend support groups.
