  • Although property crime in Villa Rica is higher than the national average, violent crime, including murder, robbery, rape and assault, is lower. Villa Rica rates 17.7 on a scale of 1 to 100, while the national average is 22.7 and the overall state average is 21.1.
  • Villa Rica sees an average of 53 inches of rain annually, which is a relatively wet climate when compared to the national average of 38 inches of rain per year. However, it only gets about 1 inch of snow yearly compared to the national average of 28 inches. Seniors benefit from an average July high of 87 degrees, which makes it one of the most pleasant places in Georgia.
