My mother was in assisted living at Carriage Crossing Marietta with a level of care of three. The staff was very nice and very accommodating, and they seemed to know everybody there by name. It's very personalized. We were in a companion suite, so they were a little tight, but it was fine. The food was very good. They had a lot of variety, and mom was on a mechanical diet, so she didn't get exactly the same thing, but what she got, she enjoyed. They had a lot of activities, but Mom was not able to participate in them. They encouraged everybody to participate, which I thought was nice. They did a bowling game. They had a little Easter egg hunt thing. They did Family Feud. They did quite a few fun things that the older people liked and things they could relate to. It's a very clean facility, and they work hard to keep it that way and everybody's just really friendly. They encourage them to make it their home.

I really liked everything about Carriage Crossing Marietta. Everything was on one floor. Everything was nicely laid out. It was very nice. The staff members were very friendly. I liked the staff a lot. They seemed to be very engaged with all the residents and everything. The building was very clean. They had giant hallways. There's plenty of space for people to get around like wheelchairs. It was a very inviting atmosphere, very laid back, and relaxed. Everybody seemed to be happy to be there.

We almost had my dad move in here until he fell and now has to heal up and have rehabilitation. It's a nice place for the cost being lower than other similar places in the area. I was not expecting it to be so nice. Friendly folks working there too seem to know what they're doing.

I went to the Carriage Crossing Marietta. It's a nice place. All the staff was extremely professional and kind, that is everyone that we ran across. The rooms were nice, very spacious. It was extremely clean. Nurses seemed to be very caring for the patients. The amenities as far as the family room for care were all very up-to-date. It was nice.

I loved them. I think it would be a nice place, but my mother doesn't want to move from her apartment just yet. We saw the one-bedroom suite and the two-bedroom suite, and they were both nice and spacious. The place was nice and clean. The people were happy. The employees were happy and interacting with the residents. It looked like a good place for her to go. They had just finished up bingo when I was there, and that was the only one that I saw. The staff was good, but I didn't spend any time with them. I just said hi to them.

I drove by here. I talked to the staff, and I loved it, but it was just too far. I got to walk to the front door. It was a great visit, she was very nice, very welcoming, and even when she did the virtual tour everybody knew each other, she showed me all the people, and it was was very informative. It was my choice and my preferred location, however, it was too far. Everything about it was what I wanted in a facility for my parents, except the distance. The memory care was behind a locked door in the same building, and the rest of it was assisted living around it.

It looked fine, clean, and had all the things we needed for my dad. It was easy for him to get around in his wheelchair. The person we dealt with was really helpful, and the director was really helpful with the move-in papers. The dining area looked very nice; they had a wonderful vegetable soup, and my dad liked that they served food in courses. It's only been three days, but so far, we haven't had any issues.

It was incredible, and it's a beautiful place. It seemed like a happy place, and residents and staff seemed friendly and pleasant. They have 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms, and they were all pretty excellent. They have a laundry facility that the residents could use if they wanted to, a really pretty dining room, a library area, a room where people could watch movies, play games, or even work out, and a courtyard with benches all over. The residents can have pets, and I think that's amazingly cool. They were cooking that time, and the food smelled delicious. They had an area in the dining room where they had snacks, there was a popcorn machine, and people could cruise through there and get stuff.

Today I visited a friend at this facility and I must say that it was not what I expected. The staff are friendly and seem to have that personal touch. I've been in a lot of places and I know it's a tough job, but I didn't get the feeling that they were there just for a check. The nurse supervisor is very smart and you can tell that she loves what she does. It's not perfect, but I do believe they care.

I’m living here. What I like about it is it’s a smaller community and you don’t get lost. The staff is friendly, caring, and on top of things because they know you personally very well. I think things are very clean, except for the carpets. There isn't a smell like in some nursing homes.

We liked the way it was run. It was one of the nicest place we’ve seen, the biggest, and closer to our home. We’ve been there two months now. The room is a two-bedroom unit, so we set one up as a TV room, and we really enjoy the food.

My mother is currently here. It does not smell, which is important. I found that the folks are not wandering aimlessly. They are engaged and busy. I had to put my mother in the section where they take care of people with memory problems, and they are taking care of her there. The services are good, and they provide the service that the doctor recommends. I am very comfortable of her being there.

We have looked in there at them, and I like their layout. I probably just pulled up assisted living in the area when I first started looking, and this one was close to me. I didn't really see too many of the staff when I was there, but the person that took me on the tour was the recreation director, and she was absolutely awesome. I did see the rooms. They were rooms with a private bath and small kitchenette type things like a sink, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. I know they have a memory care. I did go back into their memory care area, and it seemed very nice. They had a laundry area that I saw for the residents that did their own laundry. They go out, and they have activities. Once a month they do different meals from different countries. One time I was in there, they were making Halloween masks.

We chose them for the location and the atmosphere, and also their facilities were nicer than all the rest of them. My uncle is in a two-bedroom unit where he has two bedrooms, a sitting room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge, and sink. Also, he has control of his own temperature as far as heat and air conditioning. His unit is very nice. What I like about it is its overall appearance and the operation of the facility. Also, my uncle engages in the facility's activities.

I recently visited this community. I was very impressed with everything that I experienced while I was there. The staff seemed to be very happy and like what they do. The community itself was beautiful. They had different floor plans to choose from and I liked that memory care was available should by mother ever need it. They have great social programs and the care levels are done much different thatn I have seen before. They are very personalized and easy to understand. Although we are still considering out options as a family, this community is top on our list.
