Parc at Piedmont - East Cobb was absolutely beautiful and very nice. I did the interview at one of the apartments, and the ladies were knitting. It kind of bothered me that I didn't see any men, but the women seemed to be younger than some of the other places so that was good. The apartment was gorgeous, but I didn't get a good feeling about it being diverse because I didnt see men or people of color. They had gardens and a library, and the dining area was nice. The lady I met was so sweet and very nice.

Parc at Piedmont was very elegant building, well maintained, and clean. It's a lovely place with nice landscaping and good amenities. They had a nice indoor pool, outdoor pool, and movie room. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend it.

We thought Parc at Piedmont was very good, and the staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The apartments were nice and had a good lighting. They have a lot of amenities and a lot of activities like movie nights. It’s very nicely maintained too and easy to get to. It’s one of the nicest ones we have seen.

Parc was the nicest place we saw. I liked the location, price, and friendly staff. The rooms we looked at and were interested in were two-bedrooms with a full kitchen, laundry, and living area. My parents ate there. I saw residents preparing for exercise and a TV room.

I visited Parc at Piedmont and liked it very much, but it's too expensive for me. The food was very good and healthy. All of the people were very easy to work with, easy to talk to, and not pushy. They had a couple of floor plans that I liked. Everybody there seemed to love it, and I've never heard a criticism from a person that lived there. They have something big every month and daily activities from 1:30 to 3:00. They had an open house and party this Christmas where they served refreshments as you see the different floor plans, and some of the people opened their rooms to visitors. They had exercise programs and a heated pool outside.

My mother was living near Parc at Piedmont for 35 years, and would be able to utilize the area. She can stay within the confined place, and I also live in this area as well. It’s a beautiful, and nice facility in combination of cost also. Cleanliness was fine, and the rooms were spacious.

Parc At Piedmont is wonderful. The staff is smiling, helpful, accommodating, and interested. The rooms are nice. I think the facility is amazing. The food is the best. They have the most amazing chef who prepares really light and interesting flavors, and the proportions are perfect. They have activities like field trips, and they have entertainers coming in. They have a movie theater and a library. It is beautiful, safe, and nice. I think they should add more assisted living units. My mother has been doing physical and occupational therapy in this facility, and I have been there a lot.

That was a very nice place, but it didn't seem warm. They had a swimming pool. The rooms were very nice and adequate. Everybody was friendly. We ate at the Piedmont. The food and the service were fine.

I visited the Parc, and they have adequate parking. They have independent living and assisted living. It is a gorgeous facility -- very convenient -- and it’s right off Junction Perry. It’s expensive and upscale. They have a grand piano that anybody can play, and I think they have people come in and play. The staff was very nice. It was beautiful and lovely. They offer skilled nursing, live in service, and transportation. For what they offer, I think they are excellent.

We have visited the Parc at Piedmont, and we liked this facility very much. It's a beautiful facility, and everybody is very friendly. The food is delicious, and the activity seemed to be well run. If my parents would need a facility, we are hoping that they will be able to live there. We had them on their waiting list. Their rooms are very nice, and their common room looked very comfortable as well. With their activities, I know my mother would love them. Their activities seemed appropriate and stimulating for the residents to keep them as active for as long as possible. They have sing alongs, Bible studies, and outings.

Parc was really nice and spacious. She likes the location, the way they were situated, and how the rooms were setup, but we were looking for a place that would accommodate what she needed and she was looking for at least two beds but what was holding her back was she wanted to be able to have her grandkids to stay overnight and most of them weren’t accommodating for that. But I would recommend the place.

My mother moved in to the Parc at Piedmont and so far, I am very impressed. They have a full range of services. The staff is very attentive to the residents. Excellent help from the cleaning ladies to the management, to the dining room personnel. We have no issues with the maintenance and everybody is extremely helpful. The apartments are very nice. She has about 800 square feet with a sizeable living room/dining room combination, a little kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It is really lovely. I have eaten there. Oh my gosh, the food is amazing! It is wonderful. She tells me they have daily presentations that have multiple selections for each course, and if none of that appeals to you, you can choose of a menu with around 40 items. Every day she is eating much better than at home. They have a pool, so they have water aerobics classes. They have a fitness center, two libraries, a business center, a game room, and a media room where they show movies every night at 7. They have a variety of activities, and you can go to different classes and events. There are a lot of activities going on there every day. The security is great. There is a 24-hour concierge, so there's always someone at the front desk. My mother tells me that she likes everything.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Parc at Piedmont, and what I saw was quite impressive. The facilities and grounds were very well maintained and on par with some of the nicest communities I have been in. The fitness facilities felt more like an upscale corporate gym and that was quite enjoyable during my visit. The staff was courteous during my few encounters with them, and they always made me feel welcome and comfortable even though I was only a guest for the day.
