Heartis Fayetteville's independent living is very nice and they always keep it clean. When I go in there, they have a lot of activities for the seniors and everybody always looks very happy. My father's room is spacious and has a balcony. It's kept very well and the activities are good. They have a pool table, which is great, and they even have a game night. They also have a swimming pool. It is kind of expensive but from what I'm hearing, all senior apartments are.

Heartis Fayetteville was extremely well kept, maintained, and the layout was just excellent with all the programs that they were offering for seniors. We were very impressed with the spaciousness and the living accommodations that the seniors would have while they still maintain that level of respectability and make a transition from independent living to assisted living at any level. The staffing, the actual floor of how people moved around, the available programs, and their facilities were exceptional. There was a director by the name of Annie. She was exceptional in every way, in the way she greeted us, the way she toured us to the facility, and meeting the various staff people that provided support/aid and assistance to the residents. It was just amazing how caring they all were and many of the staff that we had were very spontaneous. Their response was just so warm, caring, and welcoming. The outdoors was just as welcoming and warm as inside. The garden area was superb. The community was just so refreshing to know that that level of care was available and out there.

I got to tour Heartis Fayetteville, which was a new facility. It's very, very nice, very clean, and expensive as well. Their rooms were very nice, it was smaller than some of the other ones, but very clean. It was very beautiful, and in fact, if I had to go somewhere, I told my son he could send me here. The person who gave the tour was very nice, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. She knew her stuff and did a good job explaining things about the facility. They also had outdoor courtyard spaces.

My mom will move into Heartis Fayetteville. It looked clean. It looked nice. The outside needs to be pressure washed, it could use a little upkeep, but it was nice. It was clean. Everybody was friendly. The staff was helpful and friendly. They do have a movie room where you can go watch movies. It was very nice. The dining room was pretty. It was clean, modern looking, and very nice.

I toured Heartis Fayetteville, and I'm planning to move there. It was very warm and welcoming, and everything was designed around the comfort and safety of the residents. It was pretty impressive. The meals and all the utilities were included. It's really the best that I've seen for the price. They had a very comfortable living room that had a fireplace and books and real comfortable seating couches and chairs. The security was really reassuring. They had a 24-hour concierge and they had a sign-in and sign-out system. If something happens, they know where the resident was supposed to have been last, so their people can start looking. They had a nice and very comfortable salon, a really nice dining room, and a great family room if your family wants to come celebrate your birthday. The menus looked great and they looked healthy, which is more important. The staff was excellent.

I went to Heartis Fayetteville. It was OK. It was just more kind of a middle class look; there was nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately, I had heard that it's had a couple of major management changeovers in a short amount of time, and that bothered me. It's only been here a couple of years, and already had that much of a changeover. I will say to you that I found it offensive that on one of their forms (because he did hand me the packet in case he wanted to go forward, that for my mother, who's 90 years old), they wanted to run a background check to make sure she wasn't a sex offender. I was honestly appalled by that. I think that is unnecessary.

Heartis Fayetteville was nice. The staff was friendly. It appears that they take care of the residents that were there. I liked it. I like that you had to use a card to swipe to come in and out. There was someone at the reception desk all the time. It wasn't like you could just walk out of the place. They kept the place clean. Somebody was always cleaning. They had transportation, a hair salon, and an area for them to exercise in.

Heartis Fayetteville has been excellent. I officially moved in last night, and I'm still trying to get situated. I like the layout of Heartis very much, and I also like where it's located in relation to where my sons live in Tyrone. The grounds are lovely, and the personnel here are excellent, very caring, and right on top of everything. Tonight will be my first dinner experience. They offer a lot of different activities and outings, but I haven't gotten into that at all yet. I noticed a couple of outings that they scheduled this week, which I won't participate in because I'm still trying to get organized in the apartment, but I'm really pleased thus far. I expect to be continually pleased with the activities, the trips to the doctors that they will provide, and the shopping.

The location of Heartis Fayetteville was convenient and the facility was very nice, but the units were much smaller than what we would be comfortable with. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We saw the gathering areas and the apartments that were available. I just feel that the units were smaller than what we would be interested in.

Our experience with Heartis of Fayetteville was excellent. The place itself was clean had no odor, it had fresh paint, and they were a great help in getting furniture in his room. They had a lot of activities that were well-attended. I toured around nine senior places, but this one had the most participation and engagement from their community. They should get strong marks for their bingo, jigsaw puzzles, and other things going on. The community has a walking path and courtyard. Do not commit any where until you visit this community first.

My father is at the hospital and made a surprise visit to the Heartis of Fayetteville and was surprised that the could help me on the spot. It was a pleasant visit and the community is beautiful. The rooms are spacious with full kitchens and washer and dryer in the rooms. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I look forward to my father moving into the community.

Me and my husband toured a lot of communities in Fayetteville but Heartis of Fayetteville made us feel at home. The Marketer, Sandy was amazing how she assisted with getting my mother from Texas to Georgia without fault. The community is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. We look forward to this wonderful community assisting with my mother.

My mother is in the assistant living part of Heartis of Fayetteville. She has been a resident for over and year and loves the community. The staff is very friendly and so are the residents. My mom has made several friends who get together and pay games or take a walk around the community. Her room is gorgeous (modern with amenities). She feels right at home. I recommend this community very highly.

From what I have seen, Heartis Fayetteville is extremely nice. My friend is extremely negative but she is now beginning to socialize there. She used to just stay in her home not even letting neighbors in. But now she's socializing and getting involved with the people. I have eaten there a couple of times and the food is wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful, they knock on her door and invite her to participate in everything and the nurses are really nice. My friend was negative about any changes but she told me last night that she knew she's somewhere she needed to be now. I'm not sure what their titles are, but Logan and Pat, they call you by name. And when you walk in they say good morning and ask me how I am, they're also very caring. They have exercise rooms, they have a physical therapist that comes, there's bingo, pottery classes, there's an activities director that takes them riding in the van to see what's going on. They take the residents shopping, to doctors' appointments. They have puzzles on a huge round table and there are about 3 puzzle tables, and at their leisure they can just go in and do puzzles. They have a beauty shop, they can have nails done, they just have so many activities. As far as I have been able to see, everything there is always clean. My friend tells me that they come in and if she takes a shower they're there to help her, they clean out the refrigerator when it's needed. It's amazing everything that they do.
