In the center of the state, assisted living prices can be even cheaper, with Macon averaging $2,730. The lowest assisted living prices in the state can be found in nearby Warner Robins. At $2,300, it is $1,700 per month more affordable than assisted living in Cherokee County. Costs in Athens fall much closer to the state average, at $3,366. In the state’s northwestern corner, Rome has a more affordable assisted living price of $3,088.
