The Woodlands wasn't inviting and I didn't like the setup. Some residents were smoking out in the back lanai. There's the odor as soon as you walk in and it just seemed a little dreary to me. I saw a room that was occupied at the time, but I wasn't excited about the way it looked. The staff who toured me around was inviting, very informative, and pleasant. She explained thoroughly that they were undergoing renovations and it's not normally like that. But still, it was just a lower standard than I wanted for my mom. The dining area was clean, but it was a little dated and not as inviting as I would like it to be.

Not sure how this facility received these many stars. The facility does have potential but needs alot of work. The communication is basically non-existent with upper staff. The rooms are a good size. Staff is getting better but needs to be more present. Not many amenities. The is a constant revolving door with the staff so the activities keep changing. Again, this facility has potential but has a long way to go. The building is being renovated and it looks nice but the company needs to work on stability, communication for their residients.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean but building is older. No smells and resident looked very happy and we’re playing bingo. The price is very good!!! In a really good location. The manager was very nice and really gave me great information on how to move my mom in.

The Woodlands had an odor that wasn't pleasant and the rooms did not have their own thermostat controlled air-conditioning. It was central air and my friend likes it nice and hot. The staff was pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. The most attractive thing was the price. The location was good. It's not a bad place. I didn't see anybody unhappy there.

The Woodlands was the best among all the places I visited. It looked very clean. They had a lot of staff on hand, who seemed to really care about their residents. If I had to put my father-in-law somewhere, that is where I would put him. It was off the road but in a good location.

I didn't like The Woodlands because it didn't feel homey. It felt like a nursing home and didn't smell so great. We saw a roach crawling around. However, the staff was nice and the location was fine and easy to get to.
