My mom-in-law moved into the Atrium at Liberty Park last Christmas Eve. It's a brand new facility, and they've only been there for a year. It is a wonderful facility. We couldn't be happier, and the staff is great. My mother-in-law went there somewhat not in a good state of mind. With the staff working with her, she is now up and walking with her walker by herself, which she was not able to do at the previous location. They've been excellent in working with her. They're very caring and compassionate about what they do there. We're very happy with them. She has a 1-bedroom suite, it has a bathroom, and they did get the hospital bed, which the hospice said that we request it in there. They also got her the high-back wheelchair that we requested. We provided the furniture, her dresser, and TV, so her bedroom is very nice looking. I would want it if I were her. She reports to us that the food is good. We've seen the menu, and the menu is considerably different from where she was at. It has a vast variety of different things that they can order from. It's made fresh, they have three meals a day, and I think they have some snack times throughout the day when they do their activities. We've not eaten it ourselves though. The staff is absolutely amazing. They're wonderful, from the executive director who worked with us from the very start to the memory care director. We've met the nursing director and the front desk concierge services and they're fabulous. Everybody we've met are very great people, nice, and compassionate for every resident that resides there.

I liked Atrium at Liberty Park. I would give them a high grade. I had a room reserved for my mother, but she wouldn't go. I had to give it up because they were getting full. I liked that one better than where she is currently. They've got very friendly staff. Things were easy to find. People were willing to help you. There were choices of rooms. They had a room where she was going to be on the first floor, right by everything, but she wouldn't go, so I couldn't make her. It's brand new.

We visited Atrium at Liberty Park. I thought it'd be great for my wife. The price was probably in the middle of the line. They'd do a better job of treating her than I would. I'm afraid that she is at the stage where she's starting to do things that would create a problem. The staff did a good job of explaining the program. I think they're professional and they do what they can to help out. I think they do a great job from what I can see. From the first look, it looked good to me.

Atrium at Liberty Park was very neat and clean; It had a lot there. People could do a lot of activities. The menu looked really good, and you can get food from 7 AM to 7 PM; the kitchen is open. It was nice. They had outdoor areas. It has a little garden area and a nice room. Everything's new, it's only two years old. We only had the tour guide. I didn't talk to any staff, and she was nice. They have the regular stuff, and they have a separate kitchen. You could go in and cook your own stuff. They had a hair salon, nails, manicures, and pedicures you could get. It was nice stuff for me. They have bingo and puzzles. They had some game going on when we went by. That was the only one I've ever been on. It was enjoyable and it only took an hour, so it wasn't long. The staff was nice and friendly, and everyone smiled.

My mother seems like shes just a number. There is no communication. I have reached out several times and no one has called me back or addressed my concerns. My mothers medication was changed after she was taken off of it without asking or communication anything to me. Her dr. Told me to take her off of it. Level of care and pricing went up, again without any communication.

Atrium at Liberty Park was very nice. People were very, very helpful, and it would be a very nice place for my parents to live. The lady was very helpful and very, very informative. It's a newer facility, so everything was updated. They were great.

I like Atrium at Liberty Park. The rooms were nice, large and it did not have sort of a college dorm feel to it. The staff who gave me the tour, her name is Natalie. She did a very good job with the tour, and she answered my questions. They offer a high level of memory care support, which I like. Their prices were a bit more reasonable. That day, they had a pie-eating contest. I also remember I saw a fair amount of interaction between staff and residents, which was very nice. They were engaged with the residents, and that was good. I like their dining facility. I looked at both the assisted living and the memory care component because at that time I thought my father would be going into the assisted living and my mother to the memory care. At their place, my parents could live in the same apartment together. They may have to eat in different dining rooms because of the limitations for my mother. It was not one that I did not like. They had a nice lobby. The rooms were larger than some that I referred to as his dorm-like. It was a nice place. The activities were nice, the interaction was nice, the pricing was nice, and their flexibility was nice.

We went to Atrium at Liberty Park, and that is where my aunt and uncle are going to move. We had a meal there, the staff was absolutely delightful, and we even met the chef, he is a hoot, and there was a very welcoming feeling when we went in there. The facility itself was lovely, it's fairly new, and the upkeep, the yard, and everything was so nice. They have one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and we found one that's a one-bedroom apartment with a bedroom, a living room, a little kitchenette, and lovely bathroom facilities. There is no lift or anything to go into the shower, and the water doesn't go out into the bathroom, it stays in, and the safety features are just really, really nice there. We saw the movie theater, the barber shop, beauty shop, billiards table, and there's a kitchen where they do cooking instructions and the residents can participate. They don't bake in their apartments, but they can have cooking classes there in the kitchen and eat what they've made. There's also a library and several places that you can sit and visit with either a guest or other residents. They had two lovely outdoor facility within the building.

My father loves Atrium at Liberty Park. It's wonderful. They take good care of him. He's clean, he has his own private apartment, and he's very happy there. The dining area is beautiful. The food is wonderful, and he can request whatever he wants to. It's almost like going to a restaurant. The food is hot and they have a chef. The rooms have individual heating and cooling, so he can keep his room as hot as he wants it. He goes down for exercises, games, and parties. They have bingo, cards, darts, a pool table, a movie theater with popcorn, birds, singers, entertainers that come in, shopping and restaurant trips, areas where they can walk outside, a garden, and pavement. He has a necklace around his neck that he can push if something happens. They have a service where they can tell exactly where he's located in the building. The building is hurricane proof up to a category five. They have backup generators, and if they have to be evacuated they have other facilities around the United States where they can bus them to. It's clean, and the people are great and very helpful. He's got friends there. If something comes up, they call me. I can talk to them if I have any questions or issues. It's a safe place, and I feel comfortable leaving him here and knowing that he's well taken care of.
