My father moved into The Gallery at Cape Coral. I had a meal there, and it was delicious. It's great quality and has good variety. They have very spacious rooms compared to others that I visited. Everything is brand new because it has just opened. It's very well organized. It was everything my father was looking for. The staff members are all very helpful. My father is very happy. They do all kinds of activities, they go places, they have flowers, and they do games. They do so many things. I see it on Facebook all the time. They have board games, they have dances sometimes, and they have barbecues. They have a big feast for Labor Day. The family went over there and enjoyed it. They had a big brunch on Sunday. And my father was so happy because everybody got to eat there, and he got to spend time with them. With the quality of the rooms, the food, and everything, it's just a very nice facility.

The Gallery at Cape Coral was very nice, but it's very expensive. The appliances are all furnished. They have a nice restaurant downstairs and it's brand new, but they want some $7,000 or $8,000 a month for the two of us. The average- to low-income person can't afford it. They're very friendly and it's very clean. They have a full kitchen. They have a one-bedroom and one-bath and a den. That's independent, and then they also have another building right next door, and that's assisted living, so that would be even more. The staff was very friendly, outgoing, and they take you to the rooms. They're pleasant.

The Gallery at Cape Coral is the one that we're impressed with. All of the staff members we met with and talked with were friendly. One of the plans that they have is where we could put down like $3,000 and pick our room, and then if that room got taken, we could pick another room till it was all gone, so that was good. In other words, if we put a house up for sale and it sells in a month, we can move in. If it sells in four months, we still have a place to move into without any more money down. So that's one of the big things. They have also bent over backward for us. One day they couldn't get a hold of us for whatever reason, so they came over because they were worried about us. The kitchen part of the room is all furnished. Of course, the rest of it is furnished. But overall, if we have to pick one right now and move into it, that would probably be our first choice. And the staff who gave the tour was great.

The Gallery at Cape Coral was very nice and very updated. The staff was very, very nice. Tami brought a meal over to my house a couple of days later. She's been very helpful as far as telling me things to ask and look out for. They're expensive, but you probably get what you pay for there. They make everything from scratch in their kitchen. The rooms were very nice. They had nice views at that place, whatever room you had. They had different floor plans.

I toured the independent living of The Gallery at Cape Coral. It was a brand-new building. I think it opened in April, and it's very spiffy, very nicely done, and it was quite lovely. I liked the fact that they had a pool. I like going to water aerobics, and they have programs, and I like the pool. I liked the newness of it and the appliances, everything was brand spanking new. So, it was very appealing in that respect. The woman who took me around, Pam, was very gracious. We went in and out of different-sized apartments and just toured the place. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I didn't meet a lot of people on staff and I met two, they were very pleasant. I had a sandwich and some soup. The building was spotless. It has nice artwork on the walls. The lounge and the open areas were very nicely furnished. They had a lot of places where people could go and congregate and meet. It was nice. It was very tempting. It was quiet. There weren't a lot of people there. It was much quieter than I expected, but I don't know whether they're still bringing people in or it was just a quiet time of day.

My mother-in-law has moved into the Gallery at Cape Coral. I like how beautiful it is. The employees are very pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. She moved into assisted living with hopes to moving into independent living. She's enjoyed the visits with the dogs. They come in with their pet therapy and Lucky Dog activities. Her apartment is plenty spacious, and the other rooms are more than adequate to accommodate what they're trying to do in there. I think they do a nice job with the activities. It didn't smell. It's a hurricane five proof building. They did not have to evacuate last year when they had that hurricane. That was very important to us, that she would not have to go anywhere during the hurricane.

My friend is moving in at The Waters of Cape Coral this month. It was very well-appointed. Everybody was very friendly. It was more like a hotel setting. Everything about the place was just done very, very well, including the dining areas and the rooms. It was just beautiful. The staff was all very helpful. They have a gym and a salon for anybody that wants to get their hair done. They just offer a lot of amenities and different areas for recreation. It would be near restaurants, and there's Cape Coral Hospital nearby.

I toured for my brother. That one was beautiful, brand new, and clean as a whistle. The lady that did the tour was very nice. They showed me a few of their things. They showed me the outside and the theater room, and everything they have to offer if you were to live there. I only went into two rooms in the assisted living, and the rooms were very nice in size. She showed me one room on the street side, and one was on a courtyard side.

I visited and I liked it very much. The staff was excellent. The apartments were very, very nice, I liked them. They have an exercise room, they have outdoor area, and they have a nice patio sitting area. I liked everything about it. The one staff member that I had was wonderful. The security was very good. The facility was very clean. I saw both one-bedroom and two-bedrooms. The size of the rooms was excellent.
