I'm extremely happy with Eagle Crest. I feel that my mom is in a very safe place there. She is very happy, and she loves it. I just got off the phone with her, and she said that they are so nice and so there all the time for her. She also said they have wonderful food. They have a dining room, a theater for movies, and they have other things, too. I don't get to go see her as much as I would like and they won't let you go to their room because of Covid, but I know they keep her so busy. She said she just baked cookies with four other women, they have word searches, and they take them outside for a walk. I get a calendar of all the fun things that they do like manicures, bingo, remembering songs from the 1940s, a lot of games, and just sitting back and having cocktails together at night. They're just really good activities. It is like living in a mansion.

We have our name in Eagle Crest North. It's very wonderful. They're active, and they're moving. They have a staff that cares for them, and they check on them every hour. It looked like an ideal place for what we needed. The staff who assisted me was very, very helpful. She showed us a room and she showed us what's available there and the activity-type things that they may do. They have an outside area they can go to. The tour was wonderful. I like the rooms. There are four different levels of rooms. We chose the second one because it's separate and large enough to get a queen size bed in. It's very well laid out. We observed activities. They were at lunch initially and then they started playing some kind of game afterward. I was very impressed with the whole situation, like the rooms, the people that were taking care of them, and the people seemed to be enjoying the food they were serving as they were eating, which is an issue for us. I would rate the staff I met very high. They seemed to care about the people. I saw several of the residents being helped with like food delivery, eating, and so forth. I think they're very efficient and very caring. The place is beautiful and well maintained.

We've chosen Eagle Crest North in Onalaska. We looked at a lot of communities, and we just liked that one better. It's a really big place; we're going to be on the second floor, and we just like that. We like the atmosphere, the apartment we're going to be in, and everything about it. We will be in the assisted living. The staff who gave us the tour, Tammy, was wonderful. We ate lunch there and the food was good. They have a lot of things. They have courtyards and some of the apartments have patios. They just offer everything; I could not list all of them. It's also really homey.

Eagle Crest South was a big place. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it's brand new, and it's full already. They showed me one single bedroom, and it was real pretty. The staff showed me what they could and gave me the brochures. They couldn't show me the rooms where the people were already living.

We were close to picking Eagle Crest, but it seems too ritzy for our father who came from a farming background. Everybody was nice enough. It's more like an apartment with a kitchenette, a living room area, and bedroom that were all separate, which was bigger.

Eagle Crest is big, nice, and clean, but my father is 88; he could never navigate around the building like that. Maybe somebody in their 60s or 70s could. The staff were very nice. They go out of their way, and they help you with anything, but one thing that concerned me is when I walked around, I didn't see anybody. I saw one older lady getting her hair done, but I saw nobody in the hallway, nobody in the sitting rooms or the activity rooms, and there was one lady sitting behind the reception desk. That bothered me.

I was able to visit Eagle Crest and it's a very luxurious facility, but my mother did not want to go there because she thought it was too high fashion. It looked very nice and the people that we met were very accommodating. I would have no complaints about placing her there.

It was extremely pleasant to be in Eagle Crest. It was clean, smelled good, beautiful and seemed brand new. It has an elevator which is very nice. You can have a one or two bedroom apartment, and the price goes up with it. One meal is included per week, only for $7 and the rest you don’t have to because you have a kitchen. The people appeared to be extremely happy and pleasant. They take you to doctor's appointment and shopping but you have to pay for that. I would recommend this place to others in a minute.

We visited Eagle Crest Senior Living Community while in the region looking at facilities for our uncle. The outside looked well kept. The grounds were nicely landscaped, with beautiful walkways and seating areas. This facility can accommodate a variety of ambulation levels and as a resident's needs change, care can be shifted. There were rooms for a variety of interesting activities like reading, games, discussions and crafting. The fitness center included everything the seniors need to get a good workout, at the level that best suits them. Staff was always available to help with equipment and they offered classes each day as well. The private living units were generously and beautifully designed; efficient with lots of fresh air and natural light. The dining room had plenty of space. The meals looked and smelled appetizing. The menus had many nice food options. The healthy snacks are provided regularly and whenever requested. The outside activities offered many interesting cultural events in the region and hosted art, music and other gatherings regularly. This living environment for seniors includes everything that the residents need. The staff was also helpful, caring and kind.
