I moved to Heron's Key. It has everything someone might want and need. If I have any mental issues or other problems, they have the facilities to provide that type of care, all at no additional expense, because I paid quite a sum to get in here, as all members do. The new executive director sat down with members of each floor, asked them questions, and provided answers, as well as some information about what might happen in the future regarding future building and other developments. The meals are a separate charge because you have a choice of meals each time you go for a meal. They offer activities outside of Heron's Key, ranging as far as Seattle, Bremerton, and Gig Harbor. There are plenty of activities available for residents to choose from on a first-come, first-served basis. They have a waiting list in case someone needs to cancel, allowing another resident to take their place and maximize the usage of the trip.
