When I went to Sedona Place Senior Living, they showed me a couple of apartments. It's really nice and really clean. They got a one-bedroom with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. It's got a back patio on it. It's a nice apartment. They're just waiting for somebody to move out so I can move in. I don't know what number I am right now, but they said it should be about three months. The lady took me to an apartment that somebody lived in to look at the apartment myself. The facility has a game room, a film room, and a workout room. They have a nice pool. They showed me all that. They have a little area where they have a get-together once a month. It's nice. I'm pretty happy with it and everything. It's in the area that I want to live in. But I'm not sold on it 100% because it's a little high. I would like to find something a little bit in my price range.

We're going to move into Sedona Place Senior Living. It was very clean. The people were just awesome. They have all kinds of things to keep you busy. They have arts and crafts. You can get a massage. They have a place to get a haircut. They have get-togethers every month, where you can go to be social. They have all kinds of stuff like that. It seems like a fun place to be. It's very private. You can join in or not. The apartments are a nice size. It's a gated community. You don't have to worry about your car getting broken into or something like that while you're there. Meals are not included, but they have like a potluck. They have get-togethers a couple of times a month. It's also in a central place, so it's easy to go shopping. It's easy to get to either one of our children that are here. It's a nice quiet building, and there is not a lot of noise going on.

I have been in Sedona Place Senior Living for six years now. I love living here. I love all the people, and everybody is friendly. The reason I moved in here was because I wanted peace of mind and be in a secure location. I live in a one bedroom, but others have two bedrooms. It is not real big, but it fits me fine. I love the size, and I have been very happy here. Before COVID, we had a little church here on Sundays, went to the movie room, had get togethers for Halloween and Easter Sundays, and all that stuff. It is very interactive. We have an exercise room, a library, computers, a little store that you can buy emergency supplies from (milk, bread, etc). They had some little gifts in it too. The mailboxes are inside the building. Everything is inside, and it's just what I needed. I love it. It is all centrally located at the front, the offices and all that. In the middle, we have the courtyard with a swimming pool, and it is all enclosed. One of my favorite things in this place is they pick up your trash three times a week. You just set it outside your door, and it is gone. The apartment I live in is 750 square feet, and I pay $1,100 a month. It has both a washer and dryer, but I love that everything is included.

Very nice community. The staff was great. The precautions they took with Covid during my appt. were above and beyond. I would feel safe living here and plan to do so.

Sedona Place looked good. They offer a whole lot of amenities. They also have a bus that can take you grocery store shopping and so forth. They offered me a 1-bedroom unit. The price was very low. The staff member was good. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Sedona Place was only nine months old, so everything was great. Everything was perfect; the hallways were wide and if you had a scooter -- which my brother does have -- it would be great. It was a one-bedroom that had a washer and dryer hooked up, a kitchen, and it had a living room, a little bed, and a balcony. The staff was very friendly and very perfect. It was just very nice and well-groomed.

I chose Sedona because of the price as well as its location. It’s hard to find a place that I can afford. It’s in a nice place; it seems really quiet. You can’t tell that you’re living in the city. It seems calm and fun. The crowd here seems a little younger too. The surroundings and the room are pretty. I haven’t moved in yet, but it seems that it will be nice. The hardest thing is they have a long waiting list.
