DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! We checked in my grandmother-in-law for outpatient care in April 2021, and we picked her up after only two hours had passed. The facility is FILTHY and they are SEVERLY UNDERSTAFFED, which left my grandmother-in-law unassisted with medical needs. When she asked for her heart medicine, she was told that she would not be able to access it until the next day (she could not wait a full 24 hours because she was recovering from heart surgery and could not miss any doses). When she asked for assistance going to the restroom, the nurse left her on the toilet. When the nurse checked her chest incision, she DID NOT WEAR GLOVES OR WASH/SANITIZE HER HANDS. When my husband and mother-in-law went to pick up my grandmother-in-law (the same day we dropped her off, as stated before), the ONLY NURSE ON STAFF and hospice care personnel WERE LOCKED OUT OF THE FACILITY. How is it that the only people working there (which was way too few people on the clock to adequately run a nursing home) were locked out of the facility, leaving the residents/clients unattended? My grandmother-in-law HAD TO GET OUT OF HER BED, walk to the entrance, and let them in. There was no security detail there, on top of that. Home at Taylor's Pointe SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

This Place is a JOKE. had a family member in there for rehab, after being transfered from the hospital to this facility, the room still was not ready. After being there for 36 hours a nurse came in and asked what my family member had for breakfast..... He was not given ANY FOOD AT ALL since he got there. As a Diabetic he CAN NOT GO WITHOUT FOOD especially when he is on insulin. No one cared the nurse stated " he is not on my list to get food, so no food for him" The Board of Health has been contacted. This same facility let an elderly dementia patient leave the facility and no one could find him.... If you care at all about your loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE

My mother went to Home at Taylor's Pointe for rehab after being release from the hospital. This happen doing Covid-19 and I was not able to get in and see and/or take care of her. She developed a bed sore and no one told me anything about it, I found out when they send her out to the hospital after being in their "CARE" for only two weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I went to pick up my mothers' clothes after I decide that she would not be returning they gave me dirty clothes with a spoiled banana on her gown. I can only imagine what was going on while she was in their care and me not being able to see her. Every time we had our vitual visit she look and sounded as if she was on drugs. Not sure if this behavior is because of Covid-19 or what but I would not take another of my LOVE ONES there.

The first thing that impressed me at Home at Taylor's Pointe when I walked in the door was I thought I was in a resort. It was lovely, and the people were lovely. It did not smell like urine, and the nursing staff was kind. I would go there gladly if I had to because it was a very nice place.

I stayed at Home at Taylor's Pointe when I had my hip replaced and only there for seven or eight days. I liked the therapist, and they kept the place clean. I was quite happy there, but they could improve the food a little. They were very helpful with the therapy, and the people there were very friendly. I didn't have any problems.

The place is very clean and the employees act as though they really want to be there, rather than having to. They have all been very kind to my mom and she lovesit here, which is the most important.
