I'm in Summit at Mill Hill. It's really, really nice. The staff is wonderful. I'm happy with it. I've been here about a month now. I just can't believe how caring, considerate, and helpful they are. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I get rides to the doctors, and that means a lot. They care about you. If they don't see you for a few days, someone will knock on your door. I like the music the most. They had karaoke one night, and it was really good. I got up and sang, and they loved it. They were dancing that night. A lady in a wheelchair got up and danced with her husband. I'm on the ground floor. I don't have to climb stairs, so that's really good. I'm right next to the parking lot, too, so I only had a little ways to move the heavy furniture. It was easy for me to move. I haven't used the options for dinners yet, but they have potluck dinners: each person brings something to eat. I haven't done that yet because I'm kind of busy. I haven't tried the swimming pool or exercise yet, but they look good. They have water aerobics and tai chi. They have a lot to choose from. I'm going to try them this week. The exercise program sounds good. They have a swimming pool, a sauna, and a hot tub, but I haven't used those yet. They play games. I can't say anything bad about it at all. I just got lucky. I would like to tell people that it's a good facility. The staff members go above and beyond. Joan and Meg are outstanding. Joan helped me to put my cable together beyond their cutoff. (Their cutoff was 6:00 and she stayed until 6:40.) It's like paradise. They go the extra mile. I get continental breakfast that is included every day. Otherwise, I haven't tried the food. You can buy pot pies or something if you want, but I don't know where they come from. I went to a party where they catered the food, and that was outstanding. The shrimp was baked and moist, and the baked macaroni and cheese was really excellent. It is expensive, but it's well worth it. I'm happy. I have a friend who plays guitar, and we're going to do a sing-along at 3:00 p.m. in the community room. Meg will print the words of the songs so people can sing along. That's what I said about extra mile. It's excellent. I could see right away that people cared about the people who live there. They care about each other. I don't have one critique. I highly recommend it.

I went to Summit At Mill Hill. I thought everything was very helpful. The lady that was supposed to be giving me the tour was a little bit late getting there. But there was another lady that took her place and took me around and showed me all of the amenities that they have there, which are virtually identical to what they have at the other place. However, Summit At Mill Hill is a newer place and it has a few more niceties that they don't have at the other place. They have a chapel, their library is a little bit larger, and it was a very lovely facility. They just have the continental breakfast in the morning, but they have several different restaurants come in and you can purchase dinner there and it's fine. For what I want, that would be excellent.

Summit at Mill Hill was very nice. It offers a lot of programs for the seniors. The person that toured me was the community manager, and she was very knowledgeable about the programs that they offer and the apartments that they offer. I didn't observe a lot of activities going on, but from their calendar they had a lot of activities. I did especially like that they had many exercise and fitness groups offered. I saw the exercise rooms. I was particularly glad to see that they offered a chapel, which many facilities do not. The prices were pretty high.

I've been to the Summit At Mill Hill. It does not have a restaurant. They served a continental breakfast every morning, and they do send out for food every once a week. I like it very much, but I don't know if I can afford it if the budget will cover it. It's the most expensive of them all. It has some things in it that I will never use, but other people might like, they have indoor putting green. They have a very nice pool with some bicycles to use in the pool. They have a lot going on there and I like it, it's fairly new. It's maybe a year old, or two years old at most, and well kept up. They have a lot of classes and things going on. I liked it, but I don't know if I can afford it. Everything is included except the electricity, but gas, heat, and the snow removal, all that's taken care of. The staff is very helpful, very nice. I made an appointment, and they were there on time, no problem at all that way. They were very friendly and very warm.

Summit at Mill Hill was a nice place. The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very good. They had a library, a pool, and a conference hall. They had housekeeping and transportation, and they allow pets to a certain weight limit.

I toured Summit At Mill Hill and it's a lovely space. The apartment I have is at the end, so there's cross ventilation with an extra window, light, and air. There's a balcony and I am on the second floor. There are lots of amenities. It's a new building and I would be the first tenant. There is a lovely pool with three sets of French doors leading out to a patio. In this season, it really is very appealing. The game room, the art room, the exercise room, and movie room are all very appealing. The library is very appealing. The location helps me maintain my my usual routes to things, so there's not a huge upheaval of my life. There's an interesting arrangement for food. Breakfast is included. I have not tried it, but it looks like a lovely, healthy buffet. Then there is an opportunity to join in on a takeout order two nights a week, which is interesting. Some of our restaurants in this area are quite worthy and interesting: Indian, Thai, Japanese, Korean, the works, as well as Mexican and Italian. And all those things sound good. We've had a couple of glitches with timeliness, but those are normal life things. They are cooperative and generous, so far.
