My relative hasn't been at Villa Madonna even a week yet and the staff has their call-buttons turned off and my relative can't get help. My relative is in Home Area C and the desk number there has a full voicemail box so our early assessment of Villa Modonna Manor is disappointing at best. They don't seem to care that the residents need their help. Isn't that why they're there - to HELP the residents?!

First I’ll start by saying watch your aides. They always seem to be in your personal business and drama. Loni and Jessica are the main two. Them two have caused so must added stress to already helping taking care of my grandma in there. They would call/text along with via Facebook messenger all hours of the night. I found it very unacceptable. One wanted me to help plan her wedding plus try to get me to play games. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My father was a resident of Assisted Living for 3 years. He likes the chance to go to Mass frequently and made friends quickly. Most of staff was friendly and responsible Had recurring problems with emergency response during the night. Also had to complain numerous times about food quality and slow service. New chef seems to have been improving on this. Recently moved dad to long term care due to increased healthcare needs. Has trouble breathing and is awake off and on most nights. Only one aide available for 19 residents in wing including a number of residents who require extra attention. We have had to spend the night or privately pay for home health aide to come at night to guarantee dad's safety. Most of staff is caring but overworked, especially overnight.

Many of the aides are very caring. But my relative in the assisted living wing has experienced the following too often: 1. Failure of staff to show up, leaving the "assisted" living wing without any assistance whatsoever. 2. Very inconsistent quality in food, some of it quite poor. 3. Failure of aides on duty to respond to call buttons--frequently for more than a half hour--presumably due to under-staffing. 4. Failure of the aide on duty to get out the resident's medicine packets for her to take, resulting in medicines not being taken as prescribed. This has occurred multiple times. Since each packet is dated, with morning and evening indicated, it's easy for family members to ascertain, unfortunately after the fact, when medications have not been provided to the resident to take. Madonna Manor looks nice, the rooms are acceptable, and the activities directors do a good job. BUT anyone considering moving here should take the issues listed above in this review very seriously. Many families are quite concerned and upset, including the family of a 90-year-old who was found on the floor during one of the periods when aides called in "sick."

My family decided on Madonna Manor. It was just fine and I was satisfied with the facility. My mother was on the facility before and we had that as the indicator on what would we like her there and it turned out very nice. She would be in an apartment when she went there but she was on the waiting list right now. The staff that I talked to was the administration and they were just fine.

Madonna Manor is good. The rooms and apartments are fair. They have no help to keep them clean and take care of them, and they go through help constantly. They just fired a couple of more this week. It’s a nice facility, and if you could get help in that they could keep, that would be a lot better, and we are giving them a second chance now. Their dining room facility is pretty bad. The food is not suitable for an elderly person. They have stuff like fried chicken nuggets. The setup is very nice as well as the grounds. I would suggest more staffing to take care of the residents as there are 12 residents and only 1 person working.

Madonna Manor was nice, but it was out of our price range. The rooms were nice as well as the dining area, but smaller. The staff was helpful and informative.

Madonna Manor is close to home. It's a brand new facility, and the staff seems to be very good at what they do. My father is treated very well.
