I toured Willow Creek Personal Care Home. It was very nice and very clean. I liked the staff. They were very nice. I saw the dining area and it was very nice. The bathroom was big enough for anybody with a handicap. They have games and they take them out. They keep them very busy with a lot of activities. They had a courtyard for the residents to go to.

Willow Creek Personal Care Home were unprepared for me to come. They were surprised that I was there, but they took me in anyway and showed me around. It was a good and clean place. The people were nice, cordial, informative, and helpful. They knew I was in a situation where I didn’t know what I was looking for, so they were really helpful in helping me get started. They served three meals a day and had a van that could take the patients to doctors' appointments. It seemed like they were going to the malls and seeing movies. They were going out into the community a couple of times a week.

Willow Creek Personal Care Home is closer to town, and it's right on the highway. Parking is not that great, and they are going through a remodeling. One of the things that bothered me the most is I thought they knew I was coming, and when I showed up, they looked surprised that I was there. They will take Medicaid patients. On Saturday, they just had 2 people in the whole facility, and I'm sitting there wondering how they can take care of my mother when they only have 2 who are also doing the cooking and cleaning in addition to watching after everybody.

Willow Creek Personal Care Home was good but small. There weren't a lot of people there and they don't have too much outdoor area. I was there during lunch and we were fed real good. The staff was really friendly but it doesn't seem like the residents interact very much. They went back to their rooms after lunch. The food was good, and the dining area was okay. The rooms were just single rooms but you can bring your own stuff in. It was very reasonably priced, too.
