We chose The Canopy at Warner Robins. They had therapists who were here every day, and they did exercise classes every day. It had a one-bedroom available and a studio. I moved in here yesterday. Extremely clean, they empty your trash twice a day. They have several common areas, they have an activities director, and they do a lot of things every day. There are lots of choices to make. The food is good, and you have a choice of food at every meal. You get more for your money here.

I had a family member there for a period of time and there were lots of problems. The cleaning, food, etc. were subpar. They have an employee problem with folks that do not want to work, just sit around on their phones, tablets, reading, etc. There are some good employees, just not enough. I would not recommend this facility.

I went to The Canopy at Warner Robins. They had professional staff, like actual nursing staff on call 24/7. They had every level of care that you can imagine that your parents might need. It was a very nice facility. I saw their menus and they were amazing. They have a library, a media room, and an exercise room. They were very very well put together.

I toured The Canopy at Warner Robins. It seemed like a wonderful facility, and multiple amenities for people living there. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful when I came into this place, and they answered any questions I have. They have a facility for their PT staff. I don't know if they had an open gymnasium for their people.

The Canopy at Warner Robins was modern. They had a dedicated dog park for people who had dogs. Some of the ladies that were already in there invited us to look at their rooms. They were very friendly. They had activities going on. They were playing games. Some were watching television. They were very active. They had some younger people. It's very modern-looking like a nice hotel. The rooms were a little bigger over there. The staff members were extremely friendly and very nice. Everybody was saying hello as you passed by and asked if they could do anything because they noticed my limp, so that was very kind of them, and I appreciated that. I liked the way it was set up.

I toured The Canopy at Warner Robins. I liked it. I was very satisfied with my visit and I thought my husband would be fine there. The lady I met with was very personable. She was able to answer all my questions and was very kind and was tuned in to how difficult this decision was. She didn't make light of that, but we didn't dwell on it either. Then she showed me the entire facility, and then we went back to memory care. I was introduced to the folks that work back there, and I saw the rooms and got the price listings and all that kind of thing. I was able to ask any questions to anybody I met there. I met the activities director. Pretty much, I felt really good about them. They were very open and honest about everything. It was a good experience and I felt comfortable that my husband would be well cared for if I put him there. They had a nice little dining area that was very pleasant. The environment for them to eat in was very cute and sweet. It was kind of like a little cafe. I've not had the food, but I liked the set up.

We had my ex-husband in The Canopy at Warner Robins. It appeared to be a very nice facility, but they had three incidents with him where he became extremely combative. He wasn't in there for a month when they sent him to a behavioral center. He was in the center for about a month, and The Canopy will not take him back. They seemed very caring and willing to help him. At that time, his memory wasn't quite as progressed as it is now, but he still needed attention because he wanders and plunders. He was in a private room at first. They said they weren't going to put anyone in the room with him, but they ended up putting him in the room with someone else. The rooms were adequate. He had a studio room, and we were able to get a bed in there. We also got him a dresser, a TV, and a recliner. From what I understand, he was eating very well there. But we also had snacks for him in the room. We had bananas that we cut up. He had other fruits, and he loves peanuts, so we had peanuts. He was able to chew and swallow very well at that point. The day staff was fine, but the evening staff doesn't have the level of skill to manage an Alzheimer's or a dementia patient. I understand that the night staff was contracted and not staff of The Canopy. They were outside contracted personnel.

I liked that The Canopy at Warner Robins was not overly large, but big enough. It seemed new and fresh. It was very cozy, modern, and very clean. The marketing manager was very knowledgeable and very kind. She even visited my dad at rehab to speak with him and see if they could meet his needs at their facility. She's been very helpful to me. They had a gym, a salon, and a place to gather and watch TV or movies. They had a courtyard. I'm leaning towards this facility for my dad after his rehab. They're the most caring, and I'm happy with the staff and the help that I am receiving from them. I think it would be the best match for my dad. I saw a lot of activities going on there, which I know would be good for him.

I liked The Canopy at Warner Robins. If things work out, I will probably move to that one. It's a good location for me. I would give high marks on just about everything. It's a relatively new location and it suits me fine. The lady that walked me through was lovely, well-mannered, and seems to be an educated young lady. She seems to be happy here. They have quite an array and different sizes of rooms. The place was spic and span. Everything seemed clean. I saw older people eating and enjoying their lunch. I did not pay close attention to what they were serving, but the folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was very satisfied with the location. Everything was new, looked new, clean, and all that. Just about anything you would want has already been built along that strip of the highway there. I don't see how anybody could find much fault with it. The only fault I found with it was I had a hard time finding the street. I didn't know the street name, but that wasn't the fault of the place. It was my fault.

I went to look at The Canopy at Warner Robins. It was a nice facility. The manager seemed to be really nice and helpful. They had a hair salon. The facility was clean. It's kind of close to where I'm working and where I stay.

The Canopy at Warner Robins was very helpful, but they had to decline my mom. She's in the late stages of Alzheimer's now. They were very personable, though, and even though we couldn't get her into their memory care, they helped us look for other places. I just talked with the administrator during my visit, and she was very helpful and personable. The facility is in a nice, open setting, and they're very clean and conscientious. It would have been a perfect place for mom since my dad lives right down the street. They had a gym and a salon -- or a couple of people who come in once a week to do it. The rooms were absolutely fine, too; they're very spacious and nice.

We will be moving my mother into The Canopy at Warner Robins. I like the openness of the place. I like the friendliness and the companionship. The one who accompanied me on the tour was great. She explained everything and kind of alleviated the worrying, so it was good. The place was great, and it's a brand-new facility. They do a lot for them, even for the ones who have dementia. They take them out, and they make them seem like they're still viable functioning seniors. It seemed like they are there to assist if they need it. They sit and talk to them and engage with them. I've seen the menus, but I have not tried the food. I do plan on going down and spend some more time with my mom when she's there.

My mother moved into The Canopy at Warner Robins. No disappointments as of yet. I can't really think of anything that they should work on. So far, no complaints. The staff is friendly and concerned about Mom's care. Her dementia is pretty good and the only discomfort she has is being in a strange place. I can't really take to heart a lot of the things that she says about staff and the other patients in there. She shares a room and that's not a major issue right now. It's quaint, but it meets her needs. She has a window wall in her room. We were there Mother's Day. We would like to have done a single occupancy room, but the money just wasn't there for us, so we decided to just give her a roommate. The only one drawback I see is the air-conditioning heater unit is on the window wall where she is. She's extremely cold natured and we may have to consider letting her be on the other side. It's like a six-foot partition between the two beds. That's not a major complaint, but if she gets cold and the other roommate farther away gets hot, you can see somewhat of an issue there, but it's a nice place. They were built three years or so, and it seems very clean. I think it will meet her needs. They seem to have a good activities director.

I felt just as good about The Canopy at Warner Robins as I did the other place. It's clean and well kept. One thing I liked better about them is they do their care level on a points system, so you are only charged for the services that you need. It's like $55 a point, so if my father-in-law required help with his ADLs or if he required help getting in and out of his wheelchair, it would be $55. For any particular thing he needed they rated it out at $55 increments, which I liked because that way, when he improves it will reduce the cost proportionate to the care he needs. I think that's really unique, and I like that. It's very fair to the consumer. It felt homey. They had a patio area adjacent to their dining room, and they had several gathering places that you could utilize for different things. It was great. We want to move my in-laws in there in separate but adjacent rooms. We want them to be together. There were only a couple of options for us to look at, but the ones that we saw were very satisfactory. The rooms weren't quite as large, but they offered a walk-in closet.

I went non a tour of the facility. The staff was welcoming, professional and very helpful. The facility is clean, beautiful and the rooms were very conducive to an elderly person.
