My uncle is at Discovery Village since March 2023. The staff is very nice and helpful especially Lynn. If I send her a message for anything she always gets right back to me. She is an exceptional worker there. It is kept very clean and I would recommend it.

We toured Discovery Village At Stuart. It seemed to fit what we were looking for. It was newer. The person who took us on a tour was very pleasant and nice. The facility was very nice and orderly.

Discovery Village at Stuart was wonderful. I was treated so kindly by the staff members. When I walked in, the staff members who were going to take me around were notified. They came out right away. They're a newer facility. I was very impressed with everything. They had activities all through the month, bingo, cards, jewelry making, things of that nature. After my tour, the ladies took me into an office area and discussed all the finances. I was really, really impressed with that, like down to the penny. They're very thorough. They had a beauty and barber shop. They had very lush gardens where people can go outside and sit and be in the shade and just enjoy the outside. It was very nice.

I liked Discovery Village at Stuart the most. It seemed to fit our needs. They were all gracious people. I wouldn't have a problem moving my mom there. They educated us on everything that they were going to do, so it was very informative. I felt very comfortable with the people. The place was immaculate, very well taken care of. The people seemed like they really love doing their job, which was one of the things I enjoyed out of them. The menu looked great and very well presented. The dining area was well-maintained and the residents looked like they were very well served. They had plenty of activities all day long, and it seemed like they were way on top of the whole situation. They had a beauty salon and a library. The rooms were spacious and definitely clean, and there's more than enough room for one person.

My husband is a resident of Discovery Village At Stuart. It's working out great. It's wonderful, I'm very happy there. The best thing for me is that everybody is super friendly and very caring. I ate there with my husband and the food was very good, I have no problems with the food. They have a menu to select from, so there were different things. They usually had the main meal at lunchtime, and then soup and a sandwich or something for dinner in the evening. They have Physical Therapy. They have a beauty shop and the person there does the hair and nails, she's very good. They have a fitness room, and they always have a lot of activities for the residents going on. They try to get out once a week someplace with the residents. They have a game room. The staff were always right there if I needed anything. If I ask too many questions, somebody was always there to answer my questions for me. The facility is very clean. They are competitive with everybody else in our area as far as the price goes. They were a little bit lower than the other place I looked at.

I liked it. They had pool classes and a dedicated activities director, which I thought was a good thing. They have a Shine Memory Care program that has something to do with your mind, body, and health, and I thought that was also good. It's a pretty new place, so their census was quite low. I asked what their ratio of staff to residents was and I sort of got a vague answer that it depended on what was needed. That didn't tell me very much. In other words, if the census was heavier, obviously they would have more help, but they couldn't give me a ratio. The person who toured us was OK but I felt she was a little brusque. The strongest things they have were their activities and the availability of the physical activity. The dining area was very nice too and much more open. There was much more feeling in the dining room than the outside. It was just much more pleasant. The rooms were certainly adequate and the view that we were shown was quite lovely. There were gardens and all that but that doesn't mean that any room you would be in would have that kind of a view. However, since you can see outdoor space, then it expands your own space.

The team is incredible! Joseph and Tracey listened and really cared. I was not sure I could do this for Eva. I was feeling guilty taking her out of her home of 36 yrs. After seeing the complex and her new apartment I was excited and knew I was doing the right thing. Thank you Joseph and Tracey for peice of mind!

It was one of our top choices. They have assisted living, memory care, and the apartments on both sides look the same. The only difference is the memory care part doesn't have a microwave. They have a sink and a refrigerator, but there's no stove. In the assisted living, there's a stove and a microwave. Everything was nice. I liked the activities. It's very clean. The staff was very friendly. They ask you about what your loved one likes to do. They seem caring about it. They have arts and crafts, games, and movies in their little theater. A few of the residents have a watch to keep track of where they're at in the facility. When they walk toward the door, it unlocks, so they don't have to have a key.
