I'm in Symphony at Stuart. The things keeping the people involved are interesting. The facility itself is attractive and seems fresh. The folks here are the kind of mixture you would expect in this kind of facility. Some folks are isolated and not fully with it. The others are active and there are things for them to do. The food is better than some of the other places we've experienced. It's not home cooking, and I don't think that'll ever change. There's a nice gym. It's not huge, but they have people who will supervise and plan with you for some of the training that each individual needs. They have access to the outside where they have gardening class, and they grow some vegetables that are used in the dining area. There is not a pool, and that really would be the only thing I would suggest that they develop at some point in the future. They're connected to a memory care unit, but while they're adjoining, there's not any interaction between our group and the memory care group. This is Florida, and I think a lot of the folks who have migrated here have gotten into care kind of positions with training and planning. Most of them speak very good English. Everybody has been pleasant and friendly. If you have a problem, they're eager to hear about it, and almost immediately will get it resolved if it's resolvable. We've been in four or five facilities over the past ten years, and from a staff standpoint this has been the most pleasant place that we've been. They're all nice and involved and eager to help, so that's very pleasant. They have a range of activities and programs.

Everybody at Symphony at Stuart seemed friendly. The facility was bright and cheery. There were a lot of opportunities to engage with other people. We looked at everything and everything was good. We liked it. The dining was open from 7 to 7. The three of us had lunch: my wife, my mom, and myself, and the food was fine.

My dad moved to Symphony at Stuart for three weeks now. They're very good, I like them. They're treating him well. He doesn't do a whole lot. He just gets up to eat and he loves to go back to bed. They are trying to get him up and be a little bit more active and get him outside, and stuff like that, which is good. The feel of the community is nice. The upkeep is good. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The dining area is nice. It is a good size for how many people they have there. They keep it well. They have an outside area and a beauty salon.

Symphony at Stuart was great. The guy was really nice. They had a lot of nice amenities. They didn't have a pool or a balcony. Other than that, it was a beautiful facility. They were more reasonable in price. The dining area was beautiful. They have beautiful patios outside and what they call a theater, but it was a small TV. The facilities all looked beautiful, and then they maintained them very well.

Symphony at Stuart has been fabulous. The staff is amazing. It's a small facility. My parents don't have to walk for miles to get to the dining room and all those kinds of things. The activities are all central, but they're not far. Both my parents have trouble walking too far, so it's a good fit for them. They have a two-bedroom, which is lovely. They've been able to make it their own with pictures and furniture and whatnot. Everything that's there is great. I can't say enough about the people. They are amazing. We had several meals while we were moving my parents in. The dining hall is lovely. The staff is wonderful. The food is amazing. You get a nice selection, so it's not boring. It's very good tasting. They have a chef. They can provide almost anything, and they're very keen on what people like. I could see them helping people that have been there a while, knowing them by name, knowing what they like and don't like. The facility is so clean and beautiful. You get two entree selections every night. There's also a menu that you can choose from at any time, like hamburgers and sandwiches and things. If you don't like what's on the menu, you can choose those. My dad loves the soup at lunchtime. It's his favorite thing. They love the breakfast. We had an amazing French toast. We did have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, so we experienced each setting. It's also nice that they can go any time between 7:00 and 7:00. They don't have any set time that they have to be there for a meal, which my dad likes. They played bingo a few times a week. They have some art classes. They have a teacher that comes in and helps them with their artwork. I saw some of it sitting out and that was the memory care folks that did it. They have a library, a post office, and a meeting room. From where my dad's room is, to where the dining hall is, they pass by the facility where he can do physical therapy. Then there's the gym and then they go into the hall and in the hall is where they have the pub, the dining hall, the bingo, and they have a piano there. One of the residents plays almost daily. They also have live entertainment. When my husband and I were there on a Friday afternoon, we could hear the music playing, and the residents were all gathered around. The assisted living residents could order drinks if they wanted to, but they also brought the memory care patients out so they could enjoy the music, which I thought was pretty awesome. We met the sales staff and the move-in coordinator, and they were just amazing. We've already kind of built relationships with some of them. Just from them seeing us, they learned our names pretty quickly. They knew us by face when we came in there. When my parents first arrived, there was a big sign that said "Welcome" and they bought a welcome basket and they had things that both my parents liked. My stepmother likes creme brulee and the move-in coordinator was able to find pudding that was creme brulee flavored. She remembered that little detail from just one meeting, so it's pretty impressive.

The community of Symphony at Stuart would fit my mother best with regard to the ease of routine that she has, the newness of the facility, the added hurricane structure (like backup generators), her closeness to myself, and the activities they have. The director, Chris, was very helpful. We had a candid meeting, and my mom went through a lot of questions she had about the facility. We did a tour. We had lunch there and lunch was very nice. I even asked for something that wasn't on the regular menu, and they accommodated me. They were just very helpful. During lunch, we spoke not only to the director, but we also spoke to different staff and different residents. My mother liked that they have a Sunday service. She actually went on a number of tours of facilities in Stuart, but this is the one that she liked the best. It was just a very nice experience.

Symphony at Stuart is a fairly new place. I think it's only a couple of years old. It impressed me when we walked in. It was really spacious. Everything seems to be laid out really nice. They have a little bistro next to the dining room where people can come in, see the residents, and bring pizzas and stuff, which was nice. They have nice amenities. They have a really nice gym, beauty salon, and theater. They have more things for the residents to do. Everybody we talked to was really nice. We talked to a couple of the residents there, and they said it was really nice. They enjoyed living there. They have a nice piano in there and have music people singing three times a week. They have the usual games (like bingo and trivial jeopardy), which sounds nice. They have a nice movie theater and outside area for the residents to use. It was overall a nice facility. I think my mom is going to like Symphony at Stuart. They have some nice rooms.

The Symphony of Stuart didn't meet my needs. It was strictly assisted living, and mostly people were playing bingo. There weren't as many people around. I need a place where there's a lot of people around. I need a lively place. The people I spoke to, the people I met, and the gentleman who took me around were very, very friendly. It was very clean. The rooms weren't as large, and it wouldn't meet my needs. They have gardens.

The Symphony at Stuart was amazing. The lady who took us on the tour was knowledgeable -- like she knew every patient's name, and she knew everybody who was walking her way. The place was beautiful. If I were looking for a place right now for my uncle, I would definitely go with this one. We only went into the assisted living rooms because they would have had to do an assessment on my uncle first. Their memory care is closed because of the mental status of their patients, so they don't welcome bringing strangers in unannounced, which I totally understand. I was ready to move into their rooms because they're beautiful. Everything was brand new, and the room had hardwood floors, cherrywood cabinets, and granite countertops. It was wide and spacious, and it had everything that they needed to make the patients feel like they were in their own actual home. It did not look like an assisted living place at all. I have a copy of their menu, and the menu looks amazing.

From what I've seen, the Symphony at Stuart is clean. The help is there when needed and I have no issues with the place yet. Everyone is doing what they're supposed to be doing. My mom is in a room with a foyer, and there are two individual rooms within a room and the bathroom is shared. They take the residents out for activities. With the COVID right now, the activities are curtailed, but they keep them engaged. There's also an inner courtyard. So far, I've had no issues with them.

A great place for Dad. He has lived here for about 1 year. He is very happy - which makes all the family very happy! Especially during this Covid-19 crisis, he is feeling very safe and well taken care of. Staff are very personable and the nurses station is in constant communication with me. The main entrance and common spaces are beautiful - like living in a 5-star hotel. I couldn't ask for more...

My brother is at Symphony at Stuart. Everything is fine so far. Theyre doing a nice job. Hes in a shared apartment and the dining area is very nice, very comfortable, and set up like a restaurant. They go on trips. Theyve asked about what he likes and they tailor things for him, which they try to incorporate into his stay.

My relative moved in about 2 months ago. I toured the facility and found it beautiful and clean. The dining room was beautiful and cheerful. There are lots of activities. The staff (aids, med tech and nurses) are very good. We were promised all kinds of things by the director, to encourage my relative to move from there previous assistant living. Sad to say if it is to good to be true it probably is. They are so understaffed they can’t provide the care needed. The dining room is wounderful but again they are so under staffed they have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to have their order taken and then to get their food. So much for a beautiful dinner room. Again it is not the staff they are trying to do their job but it is hard when they are so understaffed. The same goes for nurses and med techs. Problems with meds etc. Beware of false promises. If we could we would move but can’t put them through another move. Maybe if they paid their employees a good reasonable salary they wouldn’t be short staffed. Think long and hard before choosing this facility. Beautiful isn’t everything. Management seems to be the problem.

Symphony at Stuart is a brand-new facility. Kim, the lady who took us on a tour, was very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, welcoming, and very thorough in explaining the whole situation. You can go from independent living to assisted living without changing rooms. They have a dining room, a bistro, and coffee bars. The place was very clean and beautiful. They have everything from A to Z, like swimming pools, crafts, a library, activities, entertainment, and a theater. You can do what you want to do and can be busy every minute. The apartments are lovely, beautifully decorated, and very accommodating.

When we talked to the staff in Symphony at Stuart Memory Care, I was very upfront and honest with them about my husband's challenges and dementia. When we got there, they wanted us to hire a companion to stay with him for a couple of nights, which costs us more. They fully understood when we explained everything and how it should be their responsibility, but when he was there, they didn't want to deal with it. The place was gorgeous, and my husband thought it was a hotel. Everybody was very polite. He loved some of the activities and the church service.

My dad, who is 94, has been living at Symphony at Stuart for the past 5-6 months, and my brothers and I couldn't be any happier with the facility and its most friendly staff. The care that my dad needs and gets was of the utmost importance to us and they fulfill that need exceptionally! I also must add that the food is excellent! All in all, Symphony at Stuart is a beautiful and very pleasant place to live if you have an elderly parent or if you know of an elderly person looking for an assisted living facility.

We visited The Symphony at Stuart, it is very nice, and we're quite impressed with it. We reserved a room for mom and she's moving soon. The staff seemed very good, and we had no complaints. We saw some residents just returning from off site, and we saw some people playing a group game.
