Beautiful facility that has been open for about a year. Nursing staff A+, Food B+, Housekeeping B+. Not a place for someone that needs a lot of medical care support. You need to be somewhat independent. Nursing staff is very caring.

I went to Addington Place of Stuart. It seemed nice. The lady who was taking care of it was very helpful, but they wanted my husband to go to memory care, and our neurologist said, no, he doesn't need to go to memory care. It was very interesting, but it's all corporate. The lady who helped me was wonderful. The grounds were lovely. It's a very pretty place. The lady who was in charge of showing us around was very lovely and she was very nice.

My neighbor will be moving into Addington Place of Stuart. If I could afford it, that's where I would go. It's like being on a cruise ship without the ocean. It's phenomenal. It has everything, and it's very luxurious. The little apartment that my neighbor got is quite large. It's a nice-sized apartment. It's got a bedroom. We just loved it. They had a movie theater and a beautiful dining room. They had lots to do and things to keep her busy. They have a beautiful, large library with a fireplace. They have a huge craft center where they do all different kinds of crafts. They do bingo and other games. They have lots of sitting areas throughout. They have a barbershop, a salon, a swimming pool with a spa, a pool table, a poker table, a little coffee shop, a bar, and a gym where they can exercise. It looks like a resort. My neighbor's apartment has a balcony. It is on the second floor, so she doesn't have to go all the way downstairs to go outside to get fresh air, which she really liked. The staff member was awesome, very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Everybody was friendly.

We toured Addington Place of Stuart. My dad from the get-go did not seem impressed. We had to walk a long way to get to where their room would be. It was a one-bedroom with a den. It was a very beautiful place. If you are mobile and you can walk, it's a great place. It was $3000 more than the other place, and my parents would have to walk to get their medication two or three times a day, and it was a very long walk. Plus they were like on a second or third floor, so they'd have to take elevators to go to the dining hall and some of that stuff. Because of their current health situation, they're not that ambulatory. It just seemed like a whole lot of walking. If my parents ordered food to their room, it would be brought in Styrofoam. The staff was very personable. Their nurse person came in and talked to my parents as well and did an assessment to see what extra help they would need, and it was going to be $300 a month for my stepmother and $100 a month for my dad. They had a library and a theater. They gave us a schedule of the different activities, but again, it was such a long walk for my parents to get to any of those things. The building was nice, but it was too big. It was very nicely done. If you're able to afford it, it's a great place. It is more expensive than others and you may be paying for a lot of things that you're not even using. They also have three levels of care. Independent living kind of gets the better facilities.

I looked here. It's spacious and pleasant. It was a pleasant tour. I saw three or four rooms and they were very nice. They were airy and they let a lot of light in. What was particularly outstanding was the movies because they have a real movie theater. One of the amenities that I was most interested in was that the residents play bridge. They have an exercise room with exercise machines in them, and I was interested in that. It was a nice place. The staff members were friendly and patient and they answered questions.

It was very clean and very upscale. It's assisted living and it's independent living. I saw I need assisted living, but I understand that assisted and independent living are able to mingle. I saw people who looked fairly healthy, playing cards, and mingling with one another and having an ice cream social in the afternoon. It was very welcoming. If I were to choose a place right now, that would be the place. I only met the lady who took me around. I didn't really meet any of the staff. The lady was very helpful and friendly. It was very clean. It was very lovely. It was a pretty place to be. It's closer to where I live, and it's close to where my doctors are.

I went to this community for my friend. They're very efficient. They told us everything about the place. It was a very nice place with very polite people. It was very beautiful. There was a café and a very beautiful restaurant. They're really accommodating. They have one- and two-bedroom rooms. They have a really nice kitchen and high-end appliances. It was very nice. They have an elevator, so you don't have to worry about stairs. They have very nice furnishing. They have mini golf, cooking classes, cards, swimming, and a lot of activities during the day too.

I went to see a couple of facilities and one of them is this one. It was very, very nice. It had the convenience that one would want in an assisted living place. The rooms were small, but their dining room is very pretty. The staff are very good, and the people were very, very nice.

I liked that they had an outdoor heated pool. I also liked that they would take me to St. Christopher, which is the parish. The people were lovely. However, I thought that it was more grandiose than what I needed.

We came across this facility from a friend. It is only two years old. It has a pool. The whole facility is passable by a wheelchair. They have a lovely dining room. The staff is very neat, cordial and professional. The community is only five miles from where we live.
