Its trained volunteers educate seniors about their rights, and they also help resolve conflicts and complaints. Among other areas, the LTCOP assists with matters concerning medication management issues, housekeeping concerns and a facility's food quality.
Lee County Veteran Services(239) 533-8381The Veteran Services office assists senior military veterans and their surviving spouses and dependents with matters such as disability compensation and non-service-connected pensions with and without Aid & Attendance benefits. The office also assists with accessing health care benefits and appeals.
