I want your new waitress Renata she deserves recognition. In addition to always getting our order correct, she comes back several times to ask how the food was and if there is anything else that we need. When we are finished, she will ask if we want desert. She is so pleasant and always has a smile. I felt like I was at a restaurant on fifth avenue.

We recently were invited to shelter with this community during a hurricane. What a wonderful experience we had in the worst of circumstances. Everyone there from the ED thru every level of staff made us feel very welcome. They couldn't have been more welcoming. We had warm meals and warm beds through the storm. I can't imagine how wonderful this place must be on a day to day basis if they were overachievers thru a storm. Thanks so much!!!!!

My friend had taken occupancy at the Seascape at Naples. My impressions are good and favorable. She's in the assisted living category at the residence. I've been seeing the dining room and the meals that are served, they seem satisfactory. There is proper attendant care there. Her residence itself consists of a bedroom and a main room. When I've been there, they have entertainment that comes in, sings, or plays. They have happy hours. They do trips to various places that you sign up trips sort of thing. I was just there yesterday and I saw that they were having a sort of an advertised happy hour down in the lobby with beer and wine, and I think they had some entertainment there as well, but that seems to be a fairly regular basis. For what she's paying monthly, I think she's getting good value.

Seascape at Naples was very pleasing as far as decorating goes. It looked like an upscale hotel. The lobby was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable looking. The staff seemed very knowledgeable, answered all of the questions I had, and was pleasant. I received a ton of knowledge. They were very generous with all kinds of things regarding memory care and Alzheimer's itself. They gave me lots of other information as far as online resources and that sort of thing. I checked out the dining area, but I did not taste the food. The dining area was very nice. There were several options. There was the dining area where the memory care people would normally eat together. There's an assisted living dining room that we could go to if I was with my husband. There are also a couple of private areas if we wanted to have friends or family visit and come and eat. I got a schedule of their activities, and they were doing an exercise class when I was taking my tour. They have a swimming pool and lovely grounds for walking. Like most memory care places, they have several activities that are tailored to the level of the residents. They have musicians visiting and they have art people visiting.

We visited. Everything was very nice. The room seemed very nice, clean, and new looking. The staff was wonderful. For activities they had crafts, bingo, exercises; they had quite a few things. They also had a movie theater, a beauty salon, and a swimming pool.

It was very nice, but the problem was that the room my wife would have had was so tight and it felt claustrophobic when you went back in there. They had a queen-sized bed, which is the same size bed that she had, and the lady who was showing it to me, both of us literally had to lean against the wall to move around inside of there. I was actually thinking of having her be there until I got back to see the room she was going to actually be in, but up until then everything was just fine, and I didn't see anything wrong with it. The staff was just great. There were sales people who showed us the place, and people who were taking care of the patients came up and introduced themselves. I could tell that they were interested in taking care of the patients that they had, and they weren't just sitting around looking at them like they were potted plants or something. All was fine and all was great, and I almost picked them until I saw that room where my wife was going to stay. But the facility is almost a brand-new building, and I think it's a very good place for the right person.

It is very beautiful on the outside and the staff was good. But the rooms were not, although the place was brand-new. The air conditioning system was very loud and the individual air conditioning was dripping down the side of the building, it wasn't very good and we didn't like it. Since they're pretty brand-new, they didn't have a lot of activities going at the moment because they weren't at full capacity at the time I visited. The grounds were okay, nothing to write home about. The staff is very nice, although I only met the salespeople. The facilities, not the rooms, but the facilities were very nice. They allowed animals and they were large animals, and that was a deterrent.

We chose it for my mom because it's beautiful. The interior and the rooms are spacious. It's just a gorgeous and brand-new facility. It can also withstand a category five hurricane. There were a lot of very nice people and there are a lot of amenities for them like a pool. Everything there is topnotch. It's a great place. They play movies and they take them places like shopping and out to eat.

This was so new that it was difficult to find. It was beautiful, very open, and very nice. That's where I would really like my husband to go. I had a very nice person who took me on the tour. Agentleman asked me questions and talked to me for a while, which was really nice. The rooms were very nice, clean, and carpeted. The dining room was more upscale, and had tablecloths. They had a lot of activities, like Pictionary, bridge, and poker. They do your room once a week, wash your clothes, and change your bed.
