My 70 year old mom has been living at this community for over 5 years now and the management keeps getting WORSE and WORSE! The staff say they are going to help my 70 year old mom and others BUT they haven’t yet! There is a lady in building A that has 2 AGGRESSIVE dogs that have bitten my mom and it got infected and my sister and I had to take her to the doctors and she had to pay for the visit not the owner. Her AGGRESSIVE dogs have bitten several other people and they chased on man into his truck.

Apartments are ole & out dated. The staff are not helpful or friendly. They make promises they don’t keep. Their website quotes all the activities they have for the residents but there are No Activities. There are no amenities but one, a pool which mist of the time is closed. As of Sept. 2022 the residents have not had Hot Water for more than 3 weeks. Not good for the elderly during Covid & Flu Season. The staff has no idea when this will be corrected & no solutions for what they can do to keep their living spaces germ free. Also one section of this place has bed bugs & no sign of correcting this problem either. I am looking for other places to live for my elderly Mother before she becomes sick.

The apartments are very nice but dated. The staff are very friendly until you sign the lease and after that they don’t want anything to do with you. The whole building needs a fresh coat of paint inside, new carpet in the hallways, and new windows. The windows are so cloudy from age that you can’t see through them.

Went to visit this complex and my reaction was OMG. I feel sorry for these people who live there now. The office was closed on a week day. There was no one to talk to except the residents themselves. There is a new apartment complex going up on one side of them. Residents have to put up with the extra noise from the construction. One resident just commented suicide behind a tree on the other side of the building. If that is not bad enough their rents are going up by $100.00 to 167.00 a year. This is without any improvements to their apartments. As I walked around each floor trying to get a feel for this place, I seen the carpet in the hallways stained with spilled liquids. The temperatures in the hallways were very warm for the hot weather we have been having this summer. I was advised by a resident that if I walked the halls it should be in the mornings when its cooler. My conclusion for this visit is this apartment complex is really showing its age of 15 years. Why isn't anyone helping these poor seniors. Not a place for me or my Senior family member. They don't serve meals. Staff was not around. Just a sign when they will return.

Everyone at The Ranch At Cedar Park was very friendly. They have a library, exercise programs, card games, outings. The bedrooms look comfortable. I would like them to offer a one-bedroom apartment with a living room.
