My mother is in Highland Estates. There are plenty of activities. It seems like a fun place. The staff is friendly, very welcoming, and helpful. She every day keeps telling me how good the food is and she's pretty picky. They have a lot of variety and if you don't like the two main dishes, they offer you alternatives at every meal. The place is very clean and homey. They just need to do a little bit of remodeling. They make a calendar every month and it's full of activities. You get to look at all the different programs that they have available. They also put it on a big screen when you first walk into the facility, which is wonderful because they make it large for you to see. Your monthly bill includes cable, electricity, water, meals, and rent. It's a good price for all that you get.

The first place I went to was Highland Estates. It was a beautiful place. It's very friendly and very accommodating, but it was beyond my sister's budget. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. With regards to activities, I saw some residents going out on an adventure or whatever. The dining area was absolutely beautiful. It was very, very nice. They were vacuuming and cleaning. No one was eating, but they were cleaning the dining room. The place was very clean and very well-kept. The person who accommodated me was very, very nice.

I didn't like Highland Estates. It looked very bleak, not well-lit, and not tasteful. I saw a pretty small room. They have larger ones, but I don't think anything's available for me to see. It's just the building, no space around the building. The staff who took me around was mediocre. It was a regular four-story building, nothing special.

The tour was a very positive experience. My parents were invited back to visit during an art demonstration and they enjoyed that. They liked the property. They saw the size of the apartments. The person that let them around was very knowledgeable and appeared to be very caring. They had libraries and art classes.

My mom is here. She is enjoying it so far. The people are nice and helpful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My mom has a studio and there's plenty of space for her. It's updated for the most part. She has used the chapel, and she has done chair yoga in the activity center. The food is actually good. It is just sometimes what they say is going to be served is not served. They provide transportation, which has been great.

I liked Highland Estates better than the other place because it was brighter, and a little smaller. The community is a little smaller. It's in a nice area. There's no road work going on. It's kind of quiet. The windows in the units were brighter. There's a grassy area. There's a place for the residents to sit, and there are rocking chairs. My mom can walk her dog easily. They have the same activities as the other place, like last night they were going to have a casino night. I saw their dining room, but I didn't try the food. It was neat. I liked it. It was more inviting.

We went to Highland Estates. It started with a phone call. I talked to Tricia, and right away I felt comfortable. I didn't feel like there were a whole bunch of rules that we had to go by before they'd talk to us. She welcomed us right over the phone. One of the biggest things for my son (who is over fifty-five years old) is that he smokes, and that has been such a barrier in all the places. She said, "Yes, he can smoke outside, of course." Right off the bat we knew that there was a place for him. He doesn't like that he smokes, but he does, so we need a place for him to do it. She didn't make him feel like a third-class citizen because he smoked, and that was amazing. It was huge. When we went out there, both he and I felt comfortable, even though he wasn't very nice to her. I know it hurt her feelings, but she took it anyway. She's bending over backwards to try to help us get moved in. It was all a good experience, and I have looked at a lot of places, so I give her credit for that. When you drive in, the yard and the trees look really nice. The building stands out all by itself. It is warm feeling. When you go inside, it just feels good. I think it was the people in there that made the inside feel good. We got to meet the cook and the manager. It was warm. They had everything, but I wasn't as interested in that, right now because my son isn't sociable.

My mother has moved into Highland Estates. We like the location and everyone seems very friendly, even the people who live there. The staff goes above and beyond to help us, answer questions and show us around. They just had everything she was looking for. The facility is very clean and nice. They are socially distanced and following protocols. They seem up-to-date with all the latest decor and accessibility. Her room is good and it is a perfect size for her. It has everything that she needs and it allows her to get around as she needs to.

Our experience with Highland Estates has been awesome. The staff is helpful in getting my mother-in-law settled. Jackie and the cleaning staff have been wonderful, and everybody is good. The place is nice, and they have a lot of activities going on. It's a beautiful community. The people are great, and we haven't heard a complaint about the food from her.

Highland Estates was nice. They mostly had apartments. We spent a night there, and it was nice and comfortable. The food was fairly good, but I didn’t like how the dining was set up. You had to be there at a certain time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That was our biggest dislike. The residents had a certain place to sit in the dining area. The staff was nice and friendly. The people we talked to were informative. The residents seemed fairly happy.

Highland Estates impressed me. I met several staff there, and I was impressed with them. The sales person was fantastic. I met the chef. The chef actually came to my table in person. He was a very nice person, and I was glad to talk to him for a few minutes. I met several of the residents, and they had very nice things to say about the community. I had a very nice visit with them.

My parents are living in Highland Estates. The manager and everybody have been extremely nice. They are very nice people and have a lot of activities going on. It's gorgeous and not extremely fancy, but it's a beautiful, big, and modern place that's very open and bright. It's not dark. There's a lot of natural light. It's just a pretty place.

Our visit at Highland Estates was very good. I liked the services they offered. Their staff was great, and I was totally impressed with them. Their activities included games, movies, and a lot of things for residents to do that I like doing, too.
