I moved into Maple Ridge Gracious Retirement Living. My apartment looks brand new, and I like my bathroom. It has a standard shower and grab bars by the commode. There's a mirror over the sink with plenty of drawers in front of the cabinet to keep things. It has two generous closets across from each other by the bathroom. This one has a patio outside, so I can look at the plants out there. It's on the fourth floor, so my view is out over Austin. They make up my bed and vacuum, and they bring me my meds. The staff here is friendly, and they come when I need them. Three meals a day are included and the food is delicious. They serve different courses, and all of it has been delicious. We have bingo. We're making Valentine's. We're playing cards. We have Bible study, and we also have bus trips. They have a courtyard and a beauty shop with 3 different beauticians.

I would hate to see this place as I have been trying for over a year to get off their mailing list and all I hear is that they will do it and it never happens. I have asked by address and name to be removed but no luck. Zero stars for me.

Maple Ridge Gracious Retirement Living was beautiful, clean, and had very friendly staff. Their marketing person was excellent, generous, offered us lunch, gave us a tour, and showed us all the facilities. It was a beautiful tour, and they were extremely attentive. We were there at lunchtime, so we were able to see the clients eating. The amenities all looked nice when we did our walking around. I could see in the craft room, and they had people that were doing stuff. It wasn't like you were walking around an empty space with everyone staying in their rooms. People were actively engaged in activities, and you could see it had a nice social setting. The staff who assisted me was awesome. He was wonderful.

The Best Place for the Golden Years. I visited and stayed at Maple Ridge when I visited my sister, who is a resident there. The facility is bright, clean and well organized with plenty to do. The management and staff are first class with a caring and cheerful approach to resident services. Maple Ridge is by far, the best place for quality of life, security and peace of mind and value. I am so glad my older sister chose Maple Ridge.

I've chosen Maple Ridge Gracious Retirement Living for myself. I'll be moving in within the next month. It's very nice, very beautiful, fully staffed, and very accommodating. I toured their independent living. The dining area is large, very pretty, bright, and open. The food was very good, nice service and they're fully staffed. Everything is gorgeous. It just seems that they're very accommodating too. If you need something extra in your apartment, like extra rails or something, they're happy to do it for you.

I saw Maple Ridge in Cedar Park. We stayed in the independent living as guests. It was pretty new, I think it was maybe built 1 or 2 years ago. The place is very nicely built and very clean. I like it but not as much as I like the other place we visited. The guest room that we saw was too small, it's like a studio and it's very small and very uncomfortable for those 2 days we stayed there. The staff was very good, they're wonderful. I was not able to see any other apartments there but they have a very nice dining area, it's very sociable. It's built that you can socialize with people if you wanted to.

We visited Maple Ridge Gracious Retirement Living and they were very nice. It was during the time when the virus was a lot worse. They were very helpful, and it would have probably been a good choice for my dad. We did notice that they were eating in the dining room for meals, but we did not have time that day to eat. It was very nice, very clean, with a very inviting atmosphere. They are newer, and very friendly. The two people in the staff we met were very nice. The residents seem happy.

Maple Ridge Gracious Retirement Living have handle bars all the way down the hallways. People can grab a hold of them in case they fall, which is nice. The building is also less than a mile away from my house and there's a grocery store right next door. They have a nice corner apartment. They got greenery to look out at instead of the highway. The staff members were great. We took the grand tour of everything, and we went back there for their entertainment. They had wonderful music outside, which was very good. The staff was very gracious, and the people living there were happy, which was a biggie.

My stepdad is at Maple Ridge. He has a therapist come in. It's very nice. Two couples from management live there on-site and you see them often. They have three meals a day, which are pretty good, and they get good portions. They have quite a few elevators. It's four floors and he's on the fourth floor. The dining room is beautiful, and it looks like you're at The Hilton. It's new and the grand opening was the week before we moved in. They have outdoor areas, a little fire pit outside, and walking path around the place. They have housekeeping once a week, a hair salon, a gym, a movie theater, a free ice cream machine, and activities.
