My wife is in Maravilla at The Domain in the memory care section. I think that the care she's getting is very good and it works out OK. There are just some issues like trying to make sure that her meds get delivered and given on time. She has Parkinson's and you have to be pretty strict about different medicines and that sort of thing. Sometimes that's an issue, but overall they do a good job. In one sense, she's happy there, but in another sense, she realizes she's stuck on a particular floor and can't leave without someone taking her somewhere else, so that can create issues. Maravilla at The Domain is very nice and new, so everything's clean, bright, and kind of modern. She has a nice room and a nice window that overlooks a street. You can see apartment buildings on the other side, so you don't feel like you're just kind of closed in somewhere. The only issue is there's turnover on the weekends, so sometimes there's not the continuity that my wife would like in terms of making sure her pills are given at exactly the right times. Plus, you might find there's somebody new that's there. They only have one elevator, so I've timed it. Sometimes you can sit there and stand for 5 minutes waiting for the elevator to get to you, so it's a real pain. They need to have more.

I toured Maravilla at The Domain. It was a combination of the locations. It was near a lot of things that he could walk to. Their services and staff, they have a lot of good services. The food and the other piece of it was that it's a full spectrum provider from independent living through memory care. The apartment looks like a normal apartment. It has a decent size, like an open floor plan with a decent full kitchen. I think the unit that he's getting has a balcony. A lot of the units have balconies. A good-sized bedroom and bathroom. The food was good. They had a nice flavor. It was a reasonable portion. The upkeep was fantastic. It's well-maintained. It's very clean and very well-managed.

We liked Maravilla at The Domain. We liked the apartments. We liked the people that we met. It had the things that we were looking for. It had some exercise equipment, an exercise room, and a warm swimming pool that was accessible. The food was very good and the location was really good. It was close to granddaughters that we would enjoy seeing more of. We saw one-bedroom apartments and we saw two different layouts of two-bedroom apartments. They were clean and very nice and had a nice view. They offered transportation and they also offered parking for your vehicle. They have a good yoga program going on where you sit in chairs and it's very active.

Maravilla at The Domain is very beautiful. The staff who assisted me was very nice. He was good. I haven't tried their food, but it smelled good. It's a nice facility, but it's very expensive. It is not all-ground level, and we were concerned about that. The apartments are top notch. They have a nice dining facility. We didn't get to observe very many activities, but what they offer is good. They have medical doctors that are there regularly to monitor meds. We just liked all of it. It is awesome.

Maravilla at The Domain was very nice. It's brand new, so it was much more modern, updated, and contemporary. The people seemed younger. When I got there, they had happy hour, and live music was playing. It was amazing. It felt like I was walking into a hotel lobby. The grounds were pretty. They had room models that were furnished, so that helps to visualize what it really would look like. They were pet friendly.

I went to Maravilla at The Domain yesterday. It's a wonderful community, new, it's only been there for two years. The staff and caregivers were very pleasant, they seemed as though they enjoyed their jobs. The residents were friendly. The marketing director that gave me the tour was very personable. She took time to listen and to hear what my family needed, and so the tour was very pleasant, and she made sure to give me extra information that maybe I had not thought of. She provided me with information when she found out that my dad was a vet. She gave me information regarding veterans that would be helpful as far as finding finances because that is one of the top-scale assisted living facilities. So in order to stay there, I like that it was month to month. The facilities were top of the line, the cleanliness, the furniture, the amenities, everything. They have a little shop, movie theaters, indoor swimming pools with ceilings that open up. It was top rate.

I visited Maravilla at The Domain. The staff seemed very good and seemed very responsive. The facility was excellent. All the room options were good. The dining room was very nice. It all seemed quite reasonable to me. They put on a seminar about how to downsize in getting ready to move, which was quite helpful.

We looked at Maravilla at The Domain. It's in a very busy environment as far as where it's located, and the buildings were very large. One was around eleven stories, and the others are about eight-story buildings. It's relatively new and about fifty-five percent occupied. The marketing for the place was superb. They greeted us handsomely, including a placard in the lobby with our names on it and everything. They had an electronic check-in station that printed out name tags. They showed us around three levels of care: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. They showed us various apartments, some of which were very spacious, while others were very small, but that's to be expected. It was about a two-hour visit. It was conducted by a lady who was very, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. She sent us away with a goody bag containing coffee cups with candy, a price-list brochure with an advertising pen attached to it, a separate bag of sample food, and three meals for us, which I thought was going the extra mile for marketing. It's very modern. The staff was very pleasant.

We visited Maravilla at The Domain, and it is a beautiful place with beautiful facilities. The apartments are a little bit smaller than where I am now. They also have assisted living there, which is an advantage because you don't have to move. It's a lot more expensive. I think it was $8,500. They offer three meals. They clean the room, change the sheets, and laundry. For me, to have three meals a day is too much. All the places that have both independent living and assisted living facilities in place will be about double what I pay. The staff were very professional, and they gave us bags with goodies. We didn't have the time at that visit because we came from California just to investigate. They have a pool, a gym, and a beautiful dining area, where you eat three meals a day. The library is the best place for a sit down and gather. They have a common area where you can watch TV. It's all very nice. I didn't feel that I would like to be in a place with three meals. Also, when you go to a place where you have just independent living and what they call active senior, usually the clientele is healthier.

Maravilla at The Domain is a high-rise and very spacious. The facilities were similar to a five-star hotel, and the equipment and the facilities were five-star. The staff is excellent too. They gave me food, desserts, and all kinds of things to take with me. They still have dining restrictions for outside visitors right now. The food has generous portions, and the food on the menu was excellent. They had specials every day. They have art classes, and the residents participate in decorating the place. They also have exercise classes and lectures.
