My mom lives in Emerald Pointe Keizer. The owner of it is an actual practicing doctor, and he's very hands on. My mom got exposed to COVID, and so he personally went in and did a COVID test and took it to the lab for her. The personal care is pretty amazing there. It's not just a rent payment. They care about their tenants for sure. It's very clean and very community oriented. They provide quite a bit of services for her, too. They can take her to doctors' appointments and take her grocery shopping. They've got a call button in the apartment where she can call if she needs to call medical care. It's a step above independent living. They have activities. They've got bingo and music, and they have people come in and play music for them. They have all kinds of movie nights and activities. They also go on field trips and stuff like that with all the tenants. They have an interior courtyard and there's a walkway where people can walk their pets.

Emerald Pointe Keizer was a beautiful facility. They had beautiful apartments. They served wonderful food, and the people were friendly. It was an apartment and your food was included in the price. They had card rooms, tours, an ice cream parlor, and they had entertainment that came in.

My mother was at Emerald Pointe Keizer. Her apartments were nice. She lived in three different apartments starting with a two-bedroom, then a one-bedroom, then a studio. It was clean, but it's not a very inviting place and sterile looking, but it was a nice place for her to live. She made a lot of friends, and she liked it. Their meals are too high priced. Her dinner was paid within her rent, then if she wanted another meal, she had to pay extra for it. I would rather have the other two meals included in the rent, rather than to pay extra. The staff was friendly with the residents. They would walk them around the facility and speak to residents.

I have moved in to Emerald Pointe Keizer, and I have a 2-bedroom apartment with 1 bath, an outdoor patio, and full kitchen; it is 928 square feet. It allows pets, and the community is very friendly. It's a privately owned facility, so there's no corporate input. The people I talked to here are very happy and very upbeat. There are a lot of activities, and they do bus trips too. The staff is fantastic, and the owner's mother lives here as well as the manager's grandmother. Your monthly fee includes 1 meal a day, which we found is provident so you're not paying for food you're not going to eat. You can cook your own food and have 3 meals a day if you choose, but you have to pay more each month.

Emerald Pointe Keizer was very beautiful and in a fairly new building. The rooms were very small and had a very beautiful full kitchen, which I don't need. They served two meals a day. The bedroom was very small. It's a beautiful facility, but I didn't find people really friendly and warm there. The person I had an interview with was very nice. They had a library.

Emerald Pointe is the nicest looking facility, and the people are very friendly. The food was excellent. The dining area was excellent. They had no idea I was coming, but they accepted me for the tour. They have a lot of activities. They take them to a lot of places, and also bring in people from outside quite a bit. So, there’s a lot of interaction which is nice. They have a library, a classroom type place where they settle in for movies. People were talking, and having a good time in there. I really liked that place.

Emerald Pointe in Keizer is a very nice place. The people are very friendly. It is the most convenient, but the one reason why we didn't pick that place is she has a pet. Once she leaves the room, the pet has to be in her arms, and she could not walk the pet. The dog could not walk anywhere. Even though they said it is pet friendly, it is not pet friendly in our eyes. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and very clean.

Emerald Pointe Keizer is really positive, very friendly, well organized and well run. They have lots of activities. The residents are very well taken care of.
