So far Avondale has been very good, including the staff. Recently they doubled the size of their campus and I was lucky to get in just when they were opening it up. Avondale was nice. The guy who assisted me was extremely sweet and the apartments were beautiful, spacious and brand new. They had a walk-in shower so mom wouldn't have to get into the bath tub. Everything was built for accessibility for disable which is very nice because my mom sometimes need to be in a wheelchair. It had an extremely nice neighborhood. It was very nice at Avondale and it looked like a place that I'd want to live in. I am on their waiting list for now. When we went there on an appointment, a guy greeted us and showed us around the place. He was just nice and friendly. Most of the residents have things to do like going on hikes and taking up dancing. The facility had little cottage therein. It also had exercise equipment which I would really like to use. Their rooms were spacious. I would recommend this facility.
