The place needs a complete renovation or the building needs torn down. Looks like they spent all of their funds on the lobby entrance when it should have gone towards the rooms or community room. Dirty and feels like a jail. Not a healing environment at all. Staff nice but environment terrible. I wouldn't send my cat here. Everything needs replaced.

This entire facility is dirty. Staff are horrible, nurses and aides are rude. The smell in this place is horrible. Smells of urine in the entire building. No one deserves to live like this.

The staff is only as good as the management team and the management team here is horrible. Communication is not KEY here. Though the head nurse supposedly has 20 plus years of experience in the industry it is not evident. A year ago, my thoughts would be very different. At least, I knew someone cared then.

My Grandma stayed here after surgery for hip replacement. I went to visit her was so impressed with the level of care from the staff ranging from the nursing down to housekeeping staff all with a smile and special attention to detail. Overall great place!!!

There are major issues with this facility many are with the staff doctors, administrators and the overall building. Ants were a problem in my mother's room and she hated the food. She had many bed sores and UTI infections while at this facility. IF you have any other options please exercise those. The administrator is very difficult to deal with and does not address the issues residents and families bring to her. Like many other facilities, they are understaffed but the other problems make this common problem exacerbated. Find another facility if you love your loved one and want to see the best for them. This is not a 5-star facility by far. A 1 star is being very generous.

My son was young and ill and I had toured several facilities looking for a good fit for him. I was hesitant to tour Harmony due to it's location and I'm glad I finally did. The staff was outstanding from the doctors, nurses, engineering, cleaning and laundry staff EVERYONE I encountered was great and compassionate. My son wasn't there long but I would highly recommend this facility to anyone if your looking for your loved one to be cared for with compassion. I was allowed to stay there with my son overnight daily, they granted most of my request and if they couldn't accommodate a request they went above and beyond to offer a solution. Putting a loved one in a facility is a very DIFFICULT decision but I have to give credit to Harmony for a job well done.

My Dad is patient here. He has a lot of special needs and the staff at this facility have given me hope and peace of mind again because before he went there, his Dementia was more than me and my brother could handle. We are so greatful with the way that the nurse aides handle him, and those people have more patience than my family does. I would give them six stars if I could because I finally feel like my dad is in a place that feels like home. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone that is looking for someone to "take good care" of their family member. Some of the places that we looked at before we went there looked nice, but it just didnt feel like home when we walked around.
