I toured Provision Living at West Clermont. I liked it. All three buildings I've been to are very new. They're all in beautiful shape. The staff was very helpful. The dining area seems good. I guess they sometimes have forms of entertainment and certain activities.

Provision Living at West Clermont was a newer facility, which was nice. But there wasn't the warmth there that I felt in the other place. The staff that I met was very nice and very informative, which was good. The layout was very nice. But at that time, they were having a COVID problem, so we weren't going everywhere. The rooms were not as large as the ones at the other place. And there didn't appear to be the activities that the other community had. They had an outside area like the patio, but as far as seeing the exercise rooms or anything else, I did not see those. It's an excellent place, but it's just not for me.

My parents were in room 247. Mom fell and broke her hip had surgery and rehabilitation at another facility (Provisions can’t handle rehabilitation like that) and within 2 weeks was walking up to 100 feet when she was released. You would think she would go home to Provisions but that was not the case. Provisions said she couldn’t come back unless we brought in full time skilled nursing care or Hospice. No facility should ever be allowed to refuse you admittance back into your home and give you and ultimatum like that and is a huge failure of this facility. They were not there in our time of need. The assisted living part of the facility is beautiful on the surface but don’t be fooled. My parents were in room 247 and depending on which way the wind blows it filled up with diesel fumes from the Generator outside of the rooms ill fitting windows. This problem was reported to management and corporate offices and nothing was done to make my parents more comfortable. We had to contact the County and the Fire dept. to have them inspect the generator and the room. The generator meets code but they could not guarantee that if there was a prolonged outage that carbon monoxide would not build up in the room and put my family in harms way. Detectors were recommended in each rm. but that did not solve the problem of the nauseating fumes. The employees, nurses and aids seemed to care but they are under staffed. The activities were good but did not interest my parents not for lack of trying. Food was descent. Please read the fine print in the huge contract. Understand your families needs and know this facilities limitations. Management is the problem.

My mom is at Provision Living at West Clermont. She has been there for two and a half years now. Her overall experience is very good. She's been there long enough that everyone knows her and is very good to her. She has people from the assisted living side come to the memory care side to still see her. They take good care of her. The staff is very, very good with her. They have changed chefs a few times, but the food is about average. My mom's room is spacious and there's nice light. The window looks onto a courtyard where she can watch her birds and things like that, so it's very well done. They have a lot of different activities. They have people that come down and help exercise with them. They do crafts and a lot of holiday things. They color, bring down snacks, and have little celebrations with them. Everybody gets their birthday celebrated. From memory care, they bring them over to assisted living when they have music that comes in or they have church, or things like that. They're welcome to join the others, and they have staff watch them do that. I like the layout of the community. I like the spaciousness of the rooms. My in-laws were there, too, and they had a two-bedroom-two-bath. They have a lot of different amenities for them. They have a library, a theater room, a salon onsite, and physical therapy on-site. Everything that they have is just perfect for them. The staff is wonderful. The only thing that I would love to see them improve a little bit on is the food.

My mom will be moving into Provision Living at West Clermont. I like the standard of care that they were able to provide. I also like the cleanliness and the look of the facility. They've got all the utilities. They've also got fall detection, which was a big determiner there. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Provision Living at West Clermont was very nice and clean. The individual that gave me the tour was very personable, very helpful, and very concerned. I saw the dining area, but they had scheduled times for eating. The apartment had a refrigerator, but it did not have a microwave. They had laundry facilities. The staff was very good and very professional, and they made sure that they covered all the bases with me. I saw some of the residents in their apartments watching television, and a few of them were walking around. Some were getting some exercise and interacting with the staff.

Provision Living at West Clermont provided three meals a day. The rooms have motion detectors. So, it's pretty high-tech and modern. It's also the newest of the places. Seemed like they had a pretty big nursing staff. They have a pretty good routine, but they were also the most expensive of the three facilities I visited. Genevieve was great. She showed me a one-bedroom and the tech inside there was quite impressive. Their parking was relatively close.

I visited Provision Living at West Clermont. The person who gave the tour, Pebbles, was very good. The rooms were a little bit smaller. The only problem we would have with it is it's much further for me to drive to go see my mom. So, that was the only downside of that. It's brand new, and they have different living styles. I don't know if it's quite as well equipped to take somebody like my mom. If her health fails anymore, we're looking at the next step, trying to find out if there's a next step before you just go into a nursing home. So, for what we were looking at, it wasn't as good. The space was a little bit smaller; the rooms are just a little bit smaller. It's brand new, and it has almost an identical layout to another place we saw but weren't quite as nice. They have a very nice eating room. The tables were sturdy. One of the problems was that they would have to assist my mom in getting in and out of her chair. They have very nice tables and chairs, but you can't grab them and use them to lift yourself or you're going to be on the floor. Pebbles explained everything well, and she was very informative. They have a beauty salon, a game room, and an exercise room. Nothing bad that I could say about it, it is wonderful. It was just further for the drive.

My mother is at the memory care of Provision Living at West Clermont. This place is very nice and the staff is amazing. It is clean, they have an abundance of staff, and they're very organized as far as their staff and their communication flow. It's very clear to me if I have a question who I go to. They did a very detailed assessment of my mom before she moved there so they could make sure she was recommending the kind of care that she needed. They follow up with a 30-day review. The food is amazing. It was built in February, so it's very new and it's well-lit with lots of big windows and areas for its residents. It doesn't feel like an old folk home, it's very nice. And it's affordable. It's expensive, but compared to the other places that we've looked at, I would say it's really good value for the money. They have a memory care activity director and a second person that does activities as well. They only have 19 rooms for memory care so they have activities with everyone.

We were extremely impressed with the 5 star type amenities and sold on quality of services provided, quality of care and modern technologies. Unfortunately the amenities are the only positive I can see. We brought our mother there wanting this facility to succeed and tried and tried to believe it would. The unfortunate truth is they are under staffed, and other than a a few of the staff that have been kind the rest has treated my family rudely. There are several other concerns that I can't prove that I keep to myself. For the money spent I would not recommend them at this time.

We selected Provision Living at West Clermont for my mother. It's brand new and they have state-of-the-art technology with infrared cameras in the room, so that they can keep an eye on the people without actually watching them. It's not a camera like TV, but it can tell if a person falls and they use AI, and then it alerts everybody. When we were looking at this place and measuring the room and getting to plan for my mom's furniture, it set off alarms and nurses came up and wanted to know if we were OK. It's pretty cool. In infrared, it's just a heat signature, so it can't see anything. It's for privacy issues. The food is excellent. I've eaten there a couple of times. So far, it's been pretty amazing. They're very attentive, very professional, and very nice. It's got a lot of facilities. My mom isn't using them yet because of some other things going on. She's getting some physical rehab today. The staff was a notch above, in my opinion. I'm pretty happy with it. My mom sounded excited the last couple of days and that's a lot. They've been accommodating for my mom and us if we have questions. Also, the technology is amazing, like the infrared cameras to watch for falls or changes in behavior. It's just pretty amazing. The food, for a place like that, is really good. My mom said the food is really good here. If she's saying it's good, it is good. I thought it was good and my standards are pretty high, too. The rooms are nice and big. The bathroom is big, spacious, and bright, and there's plenty of lighting if you want it. The facility is beautiful. It doesn't feel like a hospital. It feels more like a hotel. Security is good. So far, we have no complaints. A lot of it comes down to my mom doing what she needs to do. They've been great and I don't give a lot of reviews, so this is a big deal. For this kind of place, the food is really good, better than any other place. They can have pretty much anything they want between 7:00 in the morning and 7:00 at night. If they want to eat breakfast at 4:00 in the afternoon, they'll make eggs and toast. They won't do everything, but they can always get those meals done. It's very flexible. It's clean and bright. They have therapy onsite, a movie theater, crafts, and rooms where they do big jigsaw puzzles. We saw a grand piano, a chessboard, and a checkerboard in the hallways where people could just sit down and kind of play a game and kind of be social at the same time. They've got other rooms, and there's a courtyard with grills, and one day they were having a cookout for the guests. She's in a better place with better care, better food, and she's spending less. It's less per month than she was paying before.

I was very impressed with Provision Living at West Clermont. It's a beautiful new community. The tour was very nice and very informative. The staff was very easy to talk with. She told me a lot about the community itself, living in the independent housing, and then moving into assisted living (if needed), and the memory care; although, I did not visit those two units. I like the convenience and just the setting was very lovely and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and it's also pet friendly (and that's important to us). The rooms were absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated, very comfortable, very open, and airy. Cleanliness was very nice.

Provision Living at West Clermont is a brand new facility. They just opened in February and it's beautiful. They have assisted living, memory care, and a little cluster of single-level apartments. If you live there with a husband or wife, you can go into the big building and the big dining room for your meal, so they have things where you could do a little bit more independent living, yet you can have somebody clean your place and you could use the facilities. That was different. We hadn't seen anything like that. It's two stories and looked typical. They have a grand piano in the dining room which makes it exquisite looking. All the furnishings and decorations were just spot on for 2021. There's a big fireplace when you walk in too. We had a cup of coffee and the person who toured us took us to her office as she wanted to know more about the family. I like the way they do that. They talk to you a little bit about your parents and they did a very good job of that. She was very, very accommodating and matter of fact, she stayed over when she was supposed to be in a baby shower because we wanted to go and see the independent living. She was very nice to stay, but we just told her to go and that we will be fine looking at the independent living by ourselves. She was wonderful. They also had a lot of activity rooms. We just didn't see a lot of people out and about. We went into the memory care area as well, which only has studio apartments, and saw a couple of people watching TV. They had a little cafe where they let the people eat whatever, so I thought that was nice. They can go into this little cafe and don't have to be in the dining room where everybody else is. I think there's a certain menu that they have to order off of.
