Margret J. Thomas Inpatient Care Center was generally fantastic. Once we decided to transition from the hospital, they were super helpful when trying to listen to what my dad wanted. They also trained me and helped me understand what to expect, how to care for his body physically, how to listen to him emotionally, and how to attend to many of his needs. It was extraordinary. They also offer food service and it was decent. My dad wasn't eating a lot, but they were trying to get him to eat as much as possible. I was flabbergasted at how beautiful the rooms and grounds were. All the rooms had huge bay windows that looked out on beautiful landscaping. It was just lovely.

They just don't seem to watch the residents. I don't think they try to attend to them. I visited my mom at Blue Ash Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and they had her sit down in a chair in front of a TV. She was just sitting there alone and no one was around. The rooms were kind of yucky at the beginning, but they have been remodeling the past few months and the rooms are nice.
