From my brief tour, Senior Living at Watkins was a very nice facility. Part of the facility is a beautiful old mansion and everything was very clean and quite new. The remodeling of this place was of very good quality. I did not see a meal, but I saw that the dining area was very pleasant and modern. The rooms were also very modern and quite functional. The whole place looked very nice. The person who toured me was very, friendly and knew their facts, knew all the information, and had answers to all my questions. They gave a very nice tour. The updates they made to the older portion of the building were quite unique and the furniture and everything was very, very beautiful.

I toured Senior Living at Watkins. The rooms are a little small, and about 40 residents live there. It's run by the same organization that runs our hospital here. It seems a little more institutional, more like a hospital. It had a lot of the same amenities as the other facility we visited. It had a library, a little fitness center, and a room where the residents could watch movies. The facility is smaller than the other place I toured, and it showed a little more wear. The staff was all very helpful and seemed professional. If that's a place that my father would want to live, I would certainly not have any reservations about it. We had a meal there, but because of COVID we weren't allowed to eat it with the residents. So, they had us off in a separate dining room. The food was good, though.

The people at Senior Living at Watkins were very friendly and their helpfulness was second to none. The facility was immaculate and the services they provided were outstanding. They provided meals, an active lifestyle, and a library. The place was an old mansion which my mom really liked the ambiance of.
