Woodland Terrace was a very nice, clean, and well-kept building. The resident to staff ratio was a little low, though, and the residents seemed kind of zoned out.

Woodland Terrace was excellent. The food was very good. It was very clean, very neat, and very organized. They had nice rooms with nice lights and fresh air, and everything smelled good. Everything about it was good. The staff was very accommodating and very cheerful. They brought everybody ice creams in the afternoon and were just upbeat and uplifting. The rooms were bright and clean. They had a lot to do, like taking you by bus to concerts and different tables set up for games. The director was there walking from table to table. However, the area was in the middle of a field near nothing and perhaps it would be easier if something was closer to take people to get groceries. They were just not close to anything.

Woodland Terrace of Longmeadow is a beautiful place. It has a beautiful setting. It’s all on one floor. It’s kind of out in the country. The windows look out a nice setting. From the main door, it’s a long walk to get to the individual apartments. But there are also doors very close to each of these individual apartments. The staff are very friendly, very accommodating. I didn’t hear any negative comments about them at all. The only negative comment I heard is the cost, but assisted living is really high cost. I would recommend this place to others.

I visited Woodland Terrace of Longmeadow. The staff was very good. They have bus trips and bingo. The rooms were very adequate. The ones that I looked at was excellent and large. Security wise, it was fine.
