I visited this facility

The staff who toured us around Rosehaven Manor was nice and friendly. She was very nice to me and my niece who was with me. The facility was kind of small for me, but it was nice. The room had a stove and refrigerator. It was very clean and they kept it up well. The layout was average.

I felt that Rosehaven Manor was very satisfactory and something I would have considered. The staff who gave me the tour was very thorough and very pleasant. The place seemed to be very nice, but I didn't care for the neighborhood. It was located near a factory, and there were a lot of apartments across the street that were not well-kept.

I moved into Rosehaven Manor. They are all positive about everything. It's a community, meaning that there is a lot to do. There are a lot of people, and they're very friendly. You are not alone. They have a poker room, pool table, and all sorts of stuff. I'm enjoying it very much. I love the way my apartment is set up. The outside and inside of my apartment are beautiful. It's very nice, very relaxing, comfy, and cozy.

I toured Rosehaven Manor. My review is going to be bad because they wanted me to have three times more than what my income is, and they should not be doing that to someone that is a senior citizen. The staff was very nice. The place looked nice. It's upkept and clean. They got a bunch of activities that they tried to have going on. Right now, because of the pandemic, they cut back on a lot of stuff. They explained everything to us, and they showed us where the rec room is. They have a room where they show movies and stuff like that. They have an exercise room. It's nice. From what we saw, the layout is nice. The lady cleaning does her job well. The outside looked great like how you would keep your yard looking nice. However, I would have to give them a 3 overall because they're charging too much. They're charging three times what the person's income is, and they should not be doing that.

Rosehaven Manor was very, very nice. They have very friendly and welcoming staff and residents and feel very secure. You have to be accessed to be let into the facility. The buildings surround the property where they can get out the doors and walk their dogs and all kinds of stuff. So it's all fenced in and secure, which is nice. And the place was beautiful. The couple of residents that we asked what they thought, all liked it. They have activities every day that they can join in if they want. They have a whole movie theater; they show movies twice a week. They do bingo once a week, they do ceramics and arts and crafts. They have onsite hair salons, they have onsite medical help, as much as you want from doctors that come and visit the facility so they'll come into your apartment and help you with wound care and other things, or if you need help getting dressed and all that kind of stuff. So you have to pick the level of service you need, and you pay for what you want. You don't have to have what you don't want. So that was a nice option. The maintenance guy greeted us, walked us into an area, and talked to us for a few minutes until the leasing agent who was in charge became available off of a phone call. That was above and beyond customer service, they're very friendly.

Rosehaven Manor was very nice. The people were very nice. It is a little bit different because you can have the least amount or the most amount of services that you want. It all starts out at a basic price, which is a very affordable basic price; then there's add-ons. It's the least expensive, and it's a nice place. The base price comes with virtually no services and no amenities, and then you just add it on. Rosehaven Manor is down by where my dad used to work 33 years and retired from, so he knows of the area. That one is the one that he's leaning toward the most, and I think of a lot of it is because he knows the area. He's got friends in the area, and so he's hoping to maybe reconnect with them. The only downfall is that it isn't inclusive; everything is an add-on. It's the only facility we visited where you have to have the power in your name. It doesn't include power. It doesn't include cable. It doesn't include anything. It's all added on, but it is still pretty affordable with all that. They have an activities calendar. They have a happy hour every Friday and blood pressure checks on Monday. Just about all the facilities had items like that, so it was a nice facility. It's not as fancy as some of the others, but you're not paying for that. The staff I met were great. I actually met both of the directors: the main director of the whole facility, and then the director that handles the services and all that. They were both real nice. The facility is a little bit older, but it is nice.

I've already been in Rosehaven Manor before, so I know how it looks like, but I already got their information. My experience with them has been good, it's nice. I like the cleanliness and it felt homey. It was very pretty inside and decorated nicely so that it felt homey. The people there were friendly. The rooms were spacious. It's locked where you have to get codes to go in. It was just spacious and clean. They have a lot of stuff.

I didn't care much about Rosehaven Manor. It was more of an apartment-style building, and it was being renovated. The staff was personable, pretty decent, and helpful. There's a hospital not too far away, it has things located within a mile or two, and it's in a fair neighborhood. The upkeep looked pretty decent, but I just didn't like the layout.

Rosehaven Manor is going fine for my dad so far. It's a great atmosphere. It's cool and my dad likes it. It's a reasonable cost, had good care and it's a good community. Everybody seemed nice and friendly. The place is nice, clean and neat.

Cleanliness, quick response to all requests. Complete tasks part of quality of care. History of water problems provides opportunity for advertisement.

Right now, we are helping my brother move into Rosehaven. It is gorgeous, and it is about what we needed. I am very pleased with it at this time. The staff is wonderful, and we saw the social director person who popped the popcorn for the movies. They have an activity calendar that tells you all the activities they have, like when they have movie nights. They have a rec room with pool tables, I visited their library, and they even have a store where you can purchase things that you need. I was over there one day, and they had a group that was going to Birch Run because there was something going on up there. So, they also have outside activities that they do. They even have churches that come in, and they have Bible study, Bingo day, and bird watching. They have a lot of stuff going on.

I relocated here from Florida. I really enjoy the friendly community. When the weather is bad, you don't have to go out. I enjoy the dining room. The homebound care will check on you when they don't see you. I love the freedom I have here.

Rosehaven Manor has good security, and it’s well-maintained. There is an Activity Director, so they keep the activities up-to-date. They have fieldtrips and bingo. We're happy with it; so far we've enjoyed it. It’s very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
