I moved into Woodyard Station Senior. It's convenient. The busses are near. Stores are near. I-95 is near. We have a library, a community room, a kitchen, a mailbox room, and a washer and dryer downstairs. You can get your own washer and dryer if you want to for $50 a month. It's a four-floor unit building. The grounds aren't completely done yet because it's a new community, but the grounds look pretty good for right now. They have food down in the kitchen sometimes, but I haven't tried it yet. There are snacks or fruit and milk in the kitchen. They have activities, but I haven't attended any. This is a new place. It just opened. The price is according to income.

We toured Woodyard Station Senior (62+). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were small. The maintenance was good. I liked their exercise room, social gathering room, and computer room.

I visited the Woodyard Station Senior. They were very nice and had brand-new senior apartments but they were expensive. They told me it was $1,400 a month. The apartments were small but roomy inside. The people there were very polite when they were showing me the place. The recreation area for the seniors was also nice. The security was good too.

The building of Woodyard Station Senior looks nice from the outside. The person that was showing us around wasn't greatly welcoming. She was on her phone more than talking to us and that was a definite turn-off. So, they got crossed off the list just for that. They don't even need to have her working there. When you come in to see the lobby, the whole place just wasn't as inviting. It looked clean enough, but it didn't have that inviting, vibrant atmosphere. The one-bedroom looked nice, though.
