My daughter found Evergreen Senior Living for us. It’s a large place, and the staff is very friendly. The apartments are very nice. It has a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and dining area. My bedroom is huge. They have movies, dances, parties, bingo, and a room where we can go for exercise. They have a picnic area and tables where they can do barbecue. In order to get in to the building, you have to know the person’s apartment and they have to ring you.

Evergreen Senior Community was a very nice place. It had nice and clean outdoor areas and well-kept lawns. The staff who gave us the tour was a very nice lady. The 1-bedroom apartment that we saw was nice and spacious. The building seemed to have been kept up pretty well. They had senior activities and exercises.

I went to Evergreen Senior Community, and they were nice. Because of Covid, they weren't showing any apartments. I went up there and I spoke to the agent on duty, I got the application, and they were very helpful. The staff was very helpful, excellent, came out and spoke with me, and let me know about the community and possible availabilities. I spoke to the manager one day because I had submitted some information, and her manager was very helpful in trying to help me get the documents I needed. The place was beautiful and up kept, and my sister was pleased with it. It looked very clean to me. I don't have any complaints about anything.

I went to Evergreen. The tour experience was good. They were really nice. The staff was nice, helpful, and answered questions. The physical condition looked fine, the layout was nice, the location was good, and the upkeep of the building looked good. The living atmosphere looked nice. Because of Covid, you couldn't go into some of the rooms, but they had other things available. They had a theater room and an activity room. There are different activities that you can do, but because of Covid, you couldn't go inside the rooms.

I went to Evergreen Senior Community. I did go to the receptionist's desk. I haven't been able to go inside, but I liked the green grass, the trees, and the flowers on the outside. The building is old. I wish it was younger. The building is 20 years old. I understand there are two people from that building who go to the senior center. It's in Bowie Town, not far from the gateway center, and Walmart. I would give them a five. It would be because of the way the receptionist received me. They talked to me, and they were compassionate people.

Evergreen was nice. The manager was nice. They had different things for senior citizens like a theater room. It looked OK. The dining room was nice. Some of the rooms were not that large. Nevertheless, I'm not looking for extra large spaces. Unfortunately, the residents weren't as friendly as I expected them to be because they asked questions that I was not comfortable with. Their rooms have full kitchens and dining areas. Also they have a theater room, a gym, and walking areas.

We placed my mother-in-law in Evergreen for about two months, and I thought it was nice. It had beautiful grounds and a large house that was converted to assisted living. You could go outside. The staff was very pleasant and seemed to wait on everybody very well.

I was taken on a tour of Evergreen and shown a nice one-bedroom apartment unit with a washer and dryer, spacious living room, bedroom, and modern kitchen.

Evergreen had too many apartments because it was a much larger scale. It was more like a hospital. They did not have a room to my likeness, but the staff was very nice. It was my second choice because of its location.

The Evergreen Senior Living was very nice. I like that facility. The property itself was clean and well-kept. It was a larger facility than I would like to live in because I was really looking for a smaller more community type facility, not so large or overwhelming. There was a lady who lives at one end of this facility and she had to walk all the way to the unit to take her trash out. They did not have a trash chute on each end of the hallways, so that could be one thing that they could improve on. However, they have a very nice staff. They also have a typical apartment, but this facility has a laundry unit inside the apartment, which I like.

Evergreen Senior Living Community has all the amenities. It is also clean and attractive. The people that run the place are very friendly. They have activities for the residents. However, they don't have a balcony or a patio which I wanted.
