My girlfriend lives at The Willows Senior Community in Bowie. She's in the independent living. The staff is wonderful. The physical appearance is very well maintained, and they have a lot of stuff going on for active seniors. My cousin also lives there, and she loves it. If I were looking to move into a senior facility, I would definitely consider it. What I like most about it is the people. The people were very warm and welcoming. I also like the whole layout. They have a community room, and they have activities. It's just really nice. I just wish the living spaces were larger. The couple of times I've been there, they were having little activities. On one of the activities, they had little snacks and stuff like that. I thought that was nice, but I didn't partake. They have bingo, Christmas parties, and little activities for Halloween. They have a lot of activities going on there. Since COVID has been going on, they have a bus that comes over, takes them to the store and all that type of stuff. They also have outings.

We toured The Willows Senior Community. It was clean, and friendly, like the exercise class that was going on. They had two bedrooms and one and a half baths that we were looking for. We only saw one room and it was under renovation when we saw it. We didn't see the arts and crafts, but they had a community. They have lots of people. They also have outdoor things. The facility seemed to be kept up very well and the atmosphere was fine. The staff I think it was the manager, she was very friendly at that time. We haven't heard from them since that visit.

I chose The Willows Senior Community because it is the only one I could find. I did come to look at it and filled my application, and they accepted it. I had a walk-through, and it was nice. It's just like an apartment. It's okay. I have been here a little over a month, so I can't say it's excellent. I haven't been here that long. I haven't seen any of the staff. I've never had any contact with them. I see them, and they keep everything up to date. I talk with other people here and they've been here like 15 and 17 years and they love it, and maybe I'll get to love it, but I haven't been here that long, so I can't say. They have plenty of activities here. They have bingo and exercise. They have some activities. I have never been to any of them. They have a gym, they have a pool room, and they have a library. There have pretty much everything here. However, the parking is terrible. It's awful.

The Willows was pretty nice. I liked it. It was more comfortable, and it was a newer building. The sitting area outside was nice. I like how the community looked. The residents seemed friendly. They had different size rooms. The one I looked at was nice. The management seemed to be nice, too. They had quite a bit of amenities. They had a movie room, a gym, and a beauty salon.

I liked that the rooms in The Willows are a good size and my mother loves the place. The building have different rooms like the theater room, main room, and the places where people can go to watch TV, or play bingo. I like all those rooms that they had. The staff was wonderful, the ones I met were so personable, friendly and make you feel at home. They serve food only once-a-week on Wednesdays.

I wanted to move to The Willows. I spoke to the resident manager, and she took me on a tour. I loved the facilities. They had a washer and dryer in each apartment and a media room for the residents. They had a library, a game room, a mini theater to watch movies, beauty salon, and barbershop. They had it all.

I visited The Willows. I loved the location of the facility. It was close to everything. The grounds were well kept. The rooms were what I was looking for, and the place looked very clean. I enjoyed the tour of the amenities. I thought it would be a great place to live. They showed me an apartment type, and it fit my needs. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I was impressed with the activities. I was impressed with the library and the theater.

I have been living at this complex for about eight months and the service is horrible. The Management does not address your issues and the quiet time that are required after 11pm are not enforced. Complaining to management regarding anything goes unnoticed. I would not recommend this faculty unless you want to pay you money for nothing. Don't let the sugar girl behind the counter fool you, you will be very sorry.

We were just so sorry that we couldn’t stay anymore at The Willows. The facility is very nice and the apartments were beautiful. It's in a quiet neighborhood; just very nice place. The people that worked there were very nice. The staff are wonderful. They offer different activities. We really had a good time at the facility.

The Willows is a very nice property. This is the only one I would consider living in. It was a smaller facility than the one that I saw and I'm really looking for a smaller more community type facility, not so large and not so overwhelming. Their rooms were typical but livable, a lot less than I am used to though. They also have a very nice staff.

Willows Senior Community is a nice and it has all the amenities. I'm impressed with this place. It is also clean and attractive. But it is just not for me because it doesn't have a balcony or a patio which I require. The staff was very friendly and they seemed to know the residents by name.
