The reason I have chosen Rollingcrest Commons is because it's in a neighborhood I'm familiar with, and they had a vacancy immediately. I have a one-bedroom in a senior citizens apartment complex. They have a big dining room, a sitting room for the TV, a room for exercise that has treadmills, and another room where they have a pool table. It's very clean. They have staff members who do a good jobcleaning. I don't know all of the programing that they have available, but they had a potluck dinner on New Year's Day.

We signed the lease with Rollingcrest Commons. It was exactly everything we wanted. It was spacious and it was a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The grounds were stunning. The management team was very professional, very engaging, and warm. It was quiet, and it was clean. It had a little balcony. It was a blessing. They had a fitness center, a swimming pool, a gym, and a beautiful walking trail on the grounds. It was just stunning. Nothing compares to it.

We've chosen Rollingcrest Commons for ourselves. They had a nice 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a balcony and a nice-sized walk-in closet. And the place was located in a nice area. It was a well-kept place and quiet. The staff seemed to be pleasant. Next door to the facility was an indoor aquatic swimming pool, which was open for the residents of Rollingcrest Commons. They had a nice lounge area outside and a nice community room.

I toured Rollingcrest Commons. It was smaller than the other community I saw. It's not as busy, and not many extra amenities, but very attractive. It's definitely a place where if you're able to do other things, you still have the luxury of just being around other people that are around the same age. They have a shuttle bus, and they take you to shopping. There's an attached swimming pool and that goes on the same name, Rollingcrest Community Center. So that's part of the amenities, being part of the community center where there are arts and crafts and stuff like that. The staff was good and it wasn't as busy as the other community. They're very professional and were more attentive because they didn't have as many things, but they didn't have as many people to take care of, too. If you had staff to people ratio, it was better there. The rooms were nice and reasonably sized. The ones at the other community were more attractive. It might be unfair because I was looking at the handicap unit there and it was a little bit larger. But the rooms here are very nice, and I didn't think it was on the small side. For an adult person coming in with stuff that they've accumulated, under the circumstances, it's a good size. It sort of sits back off, quiet, and unassuming up the road. If you didn't know about it, you would not know it was there. But that's not an issue to me, although it could be for somebody. When you look at it from the front off of Sergent Road, you see the main entrance, but you don't see a unit. 90 percent of the place is behind so that you can't even see it at all.

I moved in to Rollingcrest Commons. I chose it because of the amount of the rent. It's a very nice community, and the tenants are friendly. The room is a lot smaller than what I'm used to, but I'm adapting. I haven't attended any activities. I saw them playing bingo or something the night before. Meals are not provided. They have a little store and it seems convenient; it didn't have much, just soda, a cup of noodles, or something like that. They have a beauty parlor, but I have not taken advantage of it yet. It seems well kept and quiet. If I had gotten the posted rent, I would rate it a 5; but when I got here, it was a little more than that. The place is nice and clean, and it's convenient to everything. The laundry facilities are like one or two doors down. They allow pets.

I moved into the Rollingcrest Commons two Saturdays ago. It's beautiful. Everything is nice and convenient. I love the parking area not too far from our apartment. The people are very nice and the staff is beautiful. But I've only been here two weeks, so I don't know everything yet. Since I've been here, I enjoy whatever they have to offer. I have one disappointment though, that little store that's supposed to be open, it's not open, so I don't know what's going on there, but that's the only thing. Everything else is fine. They advertise that it would be open from 10 o'clock to six o'clock in the afternoon, and I've been here two weeks and I haven't seen anybody. They may have some things in there that you might need, and that's the only drawback, the only disappointment. My apartment had a fresh paint job, new rugs, and all of that. I'm very pleased with it. They offer bingo. They offer a religious service on Saturday. They have activities and they have a nice bulletin board that tells you what's going on. So I appreciate that, and the management, I'd like to give a shout-out to Joshua. Joshua is a beautiful young man. He has been so helpful to me. I think this is a good deal. I pay up $1421, and I think that's good.I have no problem with that. It's a good price. There's a kitchen, but they don't serve food regularly. Everybody's on their own. That's why I'm disappointed that the little store is not open, that could keep you from having to go out into the community. It was open when I was looking for an apartment, but since I've moved in, I don't know what happened to them. But I'm glad that I'm here.

I visited the Rollingcrest Commons about a month ago. The staff was really nice. The facility was okay. They had assigned parking, that's one of the things that I like. It's just that the square foot of the apartments were really small. It was a nice place, it looks like the grounds are well kept and the building maintenance was okay. It's in a good location and it has a nice staff.

My mom has ended up going to Rollingcrest Commons. It is very friendly and has very secured apartments. She is on the bottom floor. Even in the rear, no one from outside of the building could get to her patio. I like the fact that someone off the street could not come in through the back to her apartment. It is like a courtyard. It is made into like a square courtyard where everyone's little porch behind their apartment is secured. I really like that. They have exercise class, trips, and activities daily. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They have a salon on-site, TV lounges, and if you don't want to get out, they have a nice small concession area for the seniors if you want to buy a quick snack or something to drink. The place is a little expensive, but so far, it is worth it because of its security. It is very nice.

Rollingcrest Commons was OK. They wanted the rent plus utilities, which was reasonable. The amenities were outstanding. The view was great and they had an elevator, which is good. They also have free parking and they will let you have a pet.

I am at Rollingcrest Commons. I have been here for a little over a month now. However, I have some issues and some concerns. The location is great. It is easy to get to the district. The rent isn't too bad. They have a cute, small balcony. They have a small beauty salon and a fitness center.
