My mom moved into Miller's Merry Manor. The care they provide to her there has been fine, the staff is caring and professional. Her apartment has plenty of room, everything is great and the food has good variety.

Very nice, clean facility. The rooms are nice, clean, and homey! We LOVE the Bistro wish it were open more often) STAFF: Isn't this what it's all about? Every staff member was top notch!! Nurses and CNA's were attentive to every patient's needs that I saw. They were compassionate and caring. They treated patients with respect and always had a positive attitude. It's a tough job day in and day out. These nurses and CNA's seemed to like their job and it showed with the care they gave to the patients!! RE-Hab: Top-notch re-hab facility! These therapists are awesome! Dietary: Good food, nice dining room, Decent menu, Food taste and quality 7.5. If we need a facility again, we will return.

We liked Miller's Merry Manor. The dinner food was nice. I didn’t see too many staff members, but they were friendly, helpful, encourageable, and very good. They had a lot of activities. The facilities were very good, clean, very pretty, and very nice.

I went to the Miller's Merry Manor, and it was a nice place. I only spoke to one person in their office, and she was very helpful.

OK to live there if you are independent but don't expect to get all services you paid for due to chronic lack of staffing. Also management at local and regional levels will not return phone calls and messages when trying to bring up concerns and complaints.

We have a place that we're moving into this week. Miller's Manor has long term care as well and memory care. I liked that they were friendly and we talked to some of the people and they seemed to really like it there. We took my mom to visit and she liked it. So that's what sealed the deal. It's very clean. It's not a shared room. It has a nice, big bathroom. Definitely what we've been looking for compared to some of the other ones. They have crafts, they have playing cards and they take them out to scheduled activities, shopping if they want to ride on the bus. It seems pretty nice.

I thought that this was a pretty good place to live. My friend really enjoyed herself here. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good. There was even an out door sitting area in the middle of the facility that provided a safe place for the elderly to enjoy the outdoors.
