I did not tour there be cause they did not provide what I needed but they were very friendly and employees were laughing, They were honoring an employee in a very big way. She gave me suggestions where I could find what I need. If I was looking for their skills I would consider them.

I will be moving into Spring Mill Meadows. It's close to where I live now. The house was very nice and very clean. The one-bedroom was small but very spacious. The staff member was very professional, customer service oriented, and answered all my questions. She was very good. If I didn't want to cook, they would bring over the meals, or I could go there.

I went to Spring Mill Meadows. The lady who set me on a tour was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed. I liked her, and I liked the place that she showed me. They call it the garden home. It was kind of hidden behind the nursing home. I liked the side of town that it's on, but I don't like it being right in such a busy commercial area. It was right across from St. Vincent Hospital, which is a major hospital. It was not in a residential area. It was in a very deep commercial area and that bothered me. I didn't like that. There are a lot of good things about it, but there are some bad things because they didn't have an open apartment that I can move into right now. They had one that was empty, but it needed a lot of work on it and she wasn't sure when they were going to do the work, maybe another couple of months. They needed carpets replaced and stuff like that. I just don't think it's going to work out for me, but I liked the woman who gave me the tour, and there are a lot of good things about it. They didn't have a lot of amenities. The staff said that I could use some of the amenities that are in the nursing home, like meals. I can order meals and have them delivered from the nursing home, and there's a small charge.

Spring Mill Meadows is nice, quiet, kept up, and everything looks so beautiful. I like that it has been refurbished, everything looks like it was new, all the appliances, everything was pretty well kept. The staff who accommodated me was very nice and very reasonable to accommodate anything that my friend might need. They did a wonderful job. It's independent living so you'll be cooking for yourself, but they do deliver food. They have a little sunroom where they can sit, they have walk-in closets, and a nice backyard. The staffs were all nice and willing to help in any way that is possible.

Spring Mill Meadows was fine. It's small. They don't offer any transportation at all. The view is the back of a nursing home, and that's really a drawback. The view is horrible. The unit I looked at had a garage. Probably the only drawback is the view and where it is located on 86th street (where the traffic is horrible up there). The staff was distant. She wasn't personable like the other people. She just did her job. The dining area was alright. They were having some construction. It was clean.

The garden suites at Spring Mill Meadows were very nice. I like the location near the hospital. The staff was wonderful. She said they would have a shuttle, but they don't have a driver right now because of Covid. They have some activities that they offer. The one thing that we did not like was the view. There wasn't a very good view.

The houses at Spring Mill Meadows were dirty and in poor shape. Their little yard had not much space for you to do any flowers. They weren't allowed to do the activities because of Covid. They used to be able to go across over to the big building to get their meals, but not now because of Covid. They said mom might be able to get the meals if they brought them to her. They said there's a bus to transport her to her doctors' appointments, but they're trying to hire somebody for that, so nobody's doing it right now. That's not a good place plus it's in a busy part of town.

Spring Mill Meadows Garden Homes was great. I've dealt with one person and she was very nice, and the place was lovely. I saw the 2-bedroom and the 1-bedroom. They're very, very nice, and they talked to me about their amenities. They're individual little bungalows and not in a building.

I liked Spring Mill Meadows Garden Homes, but I can't afford it. The staff was good. I liked the setting. These were houses behind the nursing part and backed up against the woods, which was why I liked it. The apartments accommodated pets very well. There's privacy, but there's also a chance for socialization with other people. The lady who took me around was helpful.

Rooms were dirty and often items tossed into back of closet. Some staff were really nice. Others were intimidating and rude. Never knew of any activities. Overall rating would be not to go there.

We weren't impressed with Spring Mill Meadows at all. When we entered the building, the reception area, the business office, accounting, and physical therapy were all right there at the front door. There wasn't a lobby where you could sit down, so you could hear everybody's business while it was going on. The people seemed very friendly. It was a crowded, older facility. It looked nice on the outside but once you got in, it needed renovations.

I am happy with Spring Mill Meadows. It is a very nice, very clean place. The staff is caring. The rooms are spacious and are always being cleaned. They have church services and outings to Walmart every so often so they can shop. There’s always something going on in the activity room, like baking or bingo.
