My parents were here. My mom was in the assisted living and my dad was in the memory care. The memory care did a really good job with my dad. He had end-stage dementia. My mom insisted on being downstairs with my dad in the memory care every day. We didn't get to see the assisted living much because she just stayed with my dad, but they did fine with her. I have found with all of the facilities that you have somebody who is a salesperson who gets you in, and then you have staff who take care of your parents. They did a good job. The individual staff taking care of my dad was not especially personable, but to us they were OK. I ate there several times, and it was good. The facility was beautiful. They were modern, large rooms, and they were set up with a good shower for mom so she could walk into the shower without having to step. They're really good.

The Cambridge was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. The tour was nice. The guy that gave us the tour was very nice and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. They only have studios, large and small, but they will actually put two together if you're a couple or you want a bigger area. We looked at a large studio, which was large enough to make a living space and a bedroom and be comfortable in. They all had little kitchenettes, no full stove, no full kitchen, but they were clean and they were nice. They had walking clubs, gardening clubs, and other activities. It was better than the other place I had been seeing, but more care oriented instead of, "Let's have fun."

We went to look here. I think it was the newest, nice, fresh look, fresh smells, and inviting. The staff was super friendly. It was very accommodating for my mom's mobility. It was small, not so big that you get lost. The number one thing we liked was it was close to my house. The staff members were very friendly. They gave us plenty of time, and we didn't feel put off at all; they were great. They have a hair salon, nice patio, walking path, game room, big TV room, popcorn maker, and kitchen. They have a nice common area with a fireplace and stuff like that.

I toured here in-person. They had me go through all kinds of hoops, e.g., fever check and social distance, the whole nine yards. That was helpful, because seeing something with your eyes is much, much better than Facetime. The staff seemed great. I saw the common area, the dining room, a rec room, and a studio.

My mother is moving here. It's new and clean, and the bathroom is appropriate for fall risks. The apartment is good sized. The community director is great. They have a lot of different activities. The dining area looks fine, and they've had the same chef for three years. They have a theater room, an activity room, a spa room, and a gym for physical therapy.

My father has moved here. It is a very well-appointed place with caring staff and good food. The living quarters are well appointed. They have a kitchenette with a sink. Because they're new, the flooring is designed so that people who may fall don't get hurt. The living quarters themselves are very nice.

It was a very nice facility, but the apartment was like a large room that had a mini-kitchen, a sink, a microwave, and a small fridge. The facility itself was gorgeous. It would have been great for short-term residents, but not long term. The staff was excellent. They have a game room, they have meals, and they offer services based on what you need. They have somebody who can clean and do your laundry. They also have an Alzheimer's ward.
