My husband is in The Lodge at Aspen Village. It's really good. They will work with you if you don't have the full amount. I'm selling my house to pay the balance I owe them, but they will negotiate a better price than their posted price if somebody needs help. My husband moved in three or four months ago. It's assisted living, and it's very high-quality care because he got zero care from the other place. They've been very accommodating. I can eat with him whenever I want. I had two meals there. They were having a barbecue, they had a luau, and for Father's Day, they had a steak dinner. I had a spaghetti meal and a Fourth of July meal with him. If they serve something he doesn't like, they'll make him a grilled cheese or a ham or turkey sandwich, whichever he requests. The internet is free, but they don't have cable anymore. They have bingo and make words out of words, and they exercise every morning. He was doing exercise today. The physical therapist and the occupational therapist visit on their schedule. They had a walk in the park today, but he didn't want to participate because he's not walking and he's still in a wheelchair. They have a visiting barber, and she also does manicures. They have not disappointed me. The food is very good. That place reminds me of the Ritz Carlton on the inside and it's very, very nice. They put their calendar up every month and they have several activities every day. They have a bus that will take them shopping if they want. Sometimes they have meals at restaurants. They're very good about that. I would rate them 5 stars, I would rate them more if I had to because they worked out a deal with me.

We had an in-person tour of Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. Visibility-wise, on the surface, it is a very attractive place and seems to be well run. The staff members I talked to all seemed to be very polite. They knew the residents that lived there. They seem to have pretty good entertainment and activities. Something was going on every minute we were in there, and my mom liked that. The rooms are small, but I liked the fact that they had a small kitchen and a big bathroom, which was a plus.

I went to Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. Everybody was nice. It was clean and they seemed to have everything that I was looking for. The people that I talked to were all very helpful and very understanding. They went out of their way to make sure that I understood their policies and that kind of thing. The rooms were very clean and all the clients seemed really nice and seemed happy. Everything seemed to be well cared for. I didn't see any roaches running around or anything like that. They had a place where they could go outside. I was kind of impressed with the fact that they had a specific day and they would take them places and let them do stuff. The staff was all extremely nice. I talked to quite a few of them.

Aspen Village was a nice place. I had a tour of that facility before when it was brand new, and just recently to consider it for my husband. It still looks the same. I just think the colors and the updates need to change, to give it more of a fresher look, just to get more friendly, welcoming, in the colors and stuff. For Aspen, the gentleman was very nice. He answered all my questions. Everybody's nice. They do have patios, and they can walk outside. I didn't see a whole lot of people at the time, so it was hard for me to see what they were doing. They need younger staff maybe, some younger people. I know they had someone working the front desk who seemed to be very well up in age, but she was able to handle it. I just like friendly, young faces, people that are energetic, and excited to be working.

My father is in Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. It's real nice and he seems to be just fine. It's very clean and he's been well taken care of. His room is great. He's sharing a room, but right now he doesn't have anyone to share it with. What I really like about it is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. I really, really like that. That's what really sold me on the place, too, because where he was at, he had to share a bathroom. Everything's been wonderful. He said the food is good. The staff here is real good and super nice. They are exceptionally good about what he needs. They have lots of activities. The dining area is very nice and real roomy. Everybody's real friendly, atmosphere and all. It's very nice. They've got a huge courtyard. Everything is super clean here and really, really nice. They're always asking people if they like to do this and that. The other place was even more expensive, and it wasn't as nice as here.

My grandfather was at Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. The staff there was great and they were very helpful with everything. The memory care supervisor, Evie, was great. My dad was there for the last 4 weeks of his life. They took great care of him and anything he wanted they would bring it to his room and help him eat. It was a very clean and nice community, plus the food was great as well.

We really liked Aspen Village at Lost Mountain, but they only had assisted living and dementia care. My father-in-law didn't quite fit wih the people that they care for, so they couldn't take him. He had too much wrong with him. It was great, but he required more care than they could provide. It's warm, clean, and professional. The person during the tour answered all our questions.

My mom has moved into Aspen Village. It has nice appearance on the outside, and it is clean on the inside. There are lots of good staff members to help my mom with everything she needs. The dining area is nice. They serve the food well and they have a good variety. My mom has played bingo, goes to a few concerts, and goes to church on Sunday mornings. The staff members are excellent. My mom participates in everything she wants to, but I think she could be involved in more.

I toured Aspen and chose another memory care facility that was great to my mother. I was later forced to place her in a lease restrictive facility and since they were #2 on my list I moved mom here to there assisted living side. Not even a month in and the nurse failed to order my mom's medication causing her to relapse while also allowing my mom to out herself in danger. After being found in the nearby round about with moving cars it was discovered that she had not taken her meds in over ten days. When faced with the facts the nurse at the facility offered to give my mom medication from other patients. Mom was later placed in the hospital to stabilize her medication which was a daunting task because she had been off for so long. After a month attempting to stabilize her she was found unresponsive. She was rushed to the hospital where she never recovered. Just two months after the incident she had died. Not one call was received by Aspen checking on her while Bill's continued to come in the mail. Their initial response was simply I am sorry and that the nurse would be fired. At one point while mom was in the hospital I received a call from an insider saying how sorry she was. She stated that the medicine practices within the facility were horrible and that many residents were not getting the care they needed. The management claimed to put the residents first and short of promised to give my mom the best care. They failed while inside the facility and after. If you love your family this is not the place for them. I should have listened to the whispers in my ear telling me that they were not what they appeared. Now it's too late and my mother is gone. Don't be a victim of their show!!!

We visited Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. The staff was very pleasant when showing us around, but we didn't like the location. I think they should paint it because everything was stained and dirty. The rooms were also too small for the cost. They served three meals a day. The staff was very nice, pleasant, very cordial, and doing their job.

I live in Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. It's very nice, and I'm very satisfied. The sales manager's been really helpful, and the staff is just wonderful to me, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I got a 2-bedroom 2-bath facility. The food is very good, and they have a great chef. They have numerous activities and trips to different restaurants, Bingo, exercise, and a multitude of activities for the people. I have not seen anybody who has been unhappy living here.

Aspen Village at Lost Mountain was too big of a community for my dad. The rooms were very beautiful and big. The community seemed to be very happy. They were having cocktail hour, which I thought was so nice. The staff was excellent at making us feel very comfortable. It looked like a very exclusive place to stay. It would be a nice place for my husband and me but not for Dad.

Aspen Village at Lost Mountain was the one I recommended to my father. I really liked it, but he chose another place. Their grounds, dining area, and whole place were super nice.

We went to Aspen Village at Lost Mountain and liked it. We thought it was really nice. The rooms were roomy, and residents had their own little apartments. They had a sitting area, bedroom, and kitchen area. We were really impressed with that. The people there were really nice and gave us a bunch of information about my mother-in-law. They offered everything that we felt that she needed, but there were more fees added to the base cost. The food that they were eating there looked very good.

All facilities were very well-maintained and fairly new. I'd say Aspen Village opened within the last two to three years, and they had both assisted living and memory care facilities. The dining room was very laid out; it was very nice, and very well done.

I visited the facility recently while looking for a place for my parent. It is a beautiful facility and all the staff I encountered were happy and attentive. It was very close to lunch time and I must say it smelled delicious. The apartment I was shown was very nice and felt like an upscale apartment. I plan to revisit soon and take advantage of a meal coupon I was given by the sales manager.

I put my mom in an assisted living. She is at Aspen Village. I think it is a good place. She has only been there maybe a month, but so far, we are very happy with it. I found this place in the community, but it is one place that I would recommend. The rooms are excellent. It is like a small apartment. The people are very engaging. They have a coordinator, so they have something that is planned for the residents there all throughout the day, including home-baked cookies everyday. They have just things that would make the tenants there feel comfortable. I show up there everyday during their lunch times or at dinner times, and the food is excellent. They have family outings also where the families are invited to come in and have meals with them. I absolutely have no complaints. My parent is very happy with the food.

My husband is at Aspen Village. I just went in, and I liked what I saw and liked what I heard, so I chose them. The rooms are pretty good. They have active, assisted, and memory care. The memory care is secure.

I like Aspen Village, but I think they were more independent than assisted. Once there, I took the time to try check them out as much as possible, and of course see if they met all the needs that I was looking for for my grandfather. The residents seemed to be a whole lot more independent than I think my grandfather was. The community was predominantly women, not many men. And they indicated that they didn't have a lot of men, although their male community was growing. Their rooms are great. They're brand new, so they have granite countertops, and then the space is perfect for an elderly person. It's not a huge apartment. It's enough space for what they need. It was a really nice facility. They seem to be nice people, but I didn't get to meet any of the caregivers or anybody doling out medicine.

Aspen Village was the most impressive amongst the ones I visited. I liked everything in the facility. The layout, the way it looked from the outside to the interior, and the individual apartments inside. The rooms were very well laid out and the space was adequate. The dining room was lovely. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was all very good.

Please do not be fooled by the pretty building, these people do not have the ability or experience to care for patients in memory care units. My father a 75 year old 150 pounds and use of only 1 arm was kicked out after only 4 months, didn't even have time to adjust. He had an episode with having pain in his neck and he got angry with the staff and threatened them. They sent him to ER for pain then refused to take him back, ER sent him to Peachford where Aspens didn't even go and reevaluate him, they told Peachford he was not welcome back. A simple fix would be call the dr and get him some paid meds.

This is a brand new facility in our area. Adult Daycare, Respite Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care are available. Aspen is a beautifully appointed village-like atmosphere. I was surprised to find not one, but multiple common areas open to residents. Large windows and abundant natural light are combined with natural stone for a mountain resort feel. The staff has been courteous, helpful, and respectful dealing with our loved one and each member of our family. I am especially grateful that each resident has their own "call button" to wear. This allows residents to enjoy privacy while knowing that when needed, assistance is immediately available.
