Oaks at West Cobb is delightful and quite luxurious having separate care options for myself and my husband. The staff was delightful and very helpful. I did not interact with anyone other than the one designated to meet the public and give the tours. She does that very well with additional hints as may be appropriate. I saw the dining area. They were preparing for lunch. I saw the menu. It seems to have a good range of choices. It's very clean, very well kept, and maintained. At the time I was there, I guess most of the residents were in their own apartments. Only a few were there early in the dining hall, so I did not see many of the residents. The facility is top-of-the-line.

Oaks at West Cobb was very nice inside and out. It seemed like everything was very, very nice and roomy. What seemed odd about them is that they had such a low occupancy. A lot of these places were full and they were like 65% or something. If you were just in a nice place to stay as a senior, and you could probably get out of bed by yourself or do a lot of things by yourself, that was the place. Some places would not matter how bad you were or how good you were, they had a spot for you. In there, you had to be in very good shape physically and mentally. The tour person was good (these tour persons always were) and it's a beautiful place.
