My mother has been in this horrible establishment for over two years now and i am horrified by the conditions she had to endure until i was in a position to extract her. There were bedbugs, but the residents were not allowed to report them. My mother's possessions were all systematically taken away from her, including her tv, dvd player and cd player...the excuse given was that that was where the bedbugs were hiding. My mother, who is supposed to be taking medications, has not been administered her meds in months, except for sleeping tablets. The menu they post to the government to receive grants never matches the food served, which is mostly fish sticks and frozen lasagna. Now, since my mother no longer has a representative from The Centers, Change of Pace is evicting her, even though she has no place to go and has severe disabilities stemming from the anyurism she suffered in 2006. For the love of god, if you care for your family don't let them be put into this facility.

Someone told me about Change of Pace, so I went there to check it out. There was nothing really bad you can say about that place, everything was excellent. The only thing I saw there was that the people that were bedridden, they had their doors wide open. I find that weird. However, as far as the staff, the facility's cleanliness, and their rooms, all of them were awesome. The staff was great. They were friendly and extremely nice. They explained everything even their laundry service. Their rooms were of good size. They were really clean and they didn't smell. Their kitchens were very clean as well and they were set up for easy access for their residents. What I like best about this community overall was their rooms and their staff. I like them really well. They were just so awesome.
