"My experience with the staff at Right at Home has been amazing. My client care provider DeeDee is like family now, as she does her job with caring and compassion. The in home caregivers are extraordinary, and are so patient with my Mom. One of the main challenges continues to be providing the right level of care for parents as they age, which can change from month to month. Right at Home has been invaluable in being flexible and able to respond quickly to those changing needs. I highly recommend the staff at Right at Home, whether you need a few days of help or a dedicate support schedule."

"My father lives in my rental house, and I have a nurse from Comfort Keepers coming in to care for him in the home. The caregivers are outstanding. They are very caring young ladies that come in, and my father has been in a very good mood since they started taking care of him. They are a good companion for him throughout the day. I just can't say enough good things about them. And the other thing I have to add is they are very affordable for the services they offer. I would say that the best part about their services is they work completely with what you need. In other words, the days I needed them and the exact hours I needed them, they were more than happy to facilitate anything I needed. "

"My caregivers at Caretime of Florida help me with food, bathing, and grocery shopping. The work attitude is sometimes good and sometimes bad. They have worked with me for three years, and I have one caregiver every day. They also take me to get my hair done and help me with laundry."

"We're currently using AMLOVE SENIOR CARE for my mother. We have somebody come in six hours a day. They cook, they clean, they administer her medicine, and they run errands for her. For the most part the caregivers are pretty good, but sometimes they have some problems with schedule."

"I have been a current client of Concierge Care - Villages/Ocala for 5 years. They provide complete care for 12 hours a day from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 at night. I have the same person with me for 12 hours a day, five days a week, and we have the same person on the weekend. Both caregivers have been with us for over three years. They don't handle medications, but they take care of everything else. They assist my wife in going to the bathroom and help feed her. They respond promptly to any changes or requests."

"My mother, Betsy, required more care than I was able to give her at my age. Although mother wanted to get her new home in order where she could have parties and meet new neighbors and participate in activities, she was just unable to due to her failing health. She begged me not to put her in an assisted living facility or nursing home and I was so depressed because I could not help her and didn't know which way to turn. I was introduced to Cheryl, one of the angels at Comfort Keepers, The Villages, Florida. After talking with Cheryl, my life and mother's changed dramatically. With the help of some wonderful ladies from Comfort Keepers mother was able to enjoy her home, friends and neighbors. At mother's request they helped her open moving boxes and place items around the house. They greeted the friends and neighbors who did come to visit and sit with her, offering them coffee, etc. and most of all, they played games with her to keep her mind and body as active as possible. They drove her around to stores and just sightseeing. In the beginning they helped her fix meals and when the time came that she was no longer able, they fixed meals for her. As time went on and she became less active and frail the ladies would sit and read her passages from the bible which she loved. When she got to the point she needed around the clock care the ladies sat next to her bed all night, being alert to her needs. They kept detailed journals for each other and me in order to see her eating habits, bathroom needs, physical functions . The conversations she had with them assisted me in realizing her overall decline and assisted the doctors in her final days and they knew when to suggest to me that it was possibly time for Hospice. My everyday life was made so much easier knowing the ladies assigned to mother from Comfort Keepers cared for and about her as much as her family did. They became life-long friends. To everyone who reads my review, please believe that this organization, Comfort Keepers in The Villages, Florida, is top "A" in their dedication to the care, comfort and tremendous understanding of your parent, loved one and the family. "This agency provided in home and in facility caregiver services. They provided my father with companionship, personal care and advocacy. Caregivers made daily reports to administration. They tried hard and did a great job matching the caregiver with the family. Caregivers were kind and communicative with the out-of state family members. They always returned my calls or texts. My father had the same caregiver most days. As with all caregiver agencies, they are short staffed at times, and the hours of service would sometimes vary. Communication with the administrative personnel has been very poor. I have not had response from them via email or phone messages after numerous tries over 4 months. I need their assistance in getting my father's long term care costs reimbursed by insurance. The insurance company tells me that most providers respond to requests for information within 7-10 days. I have repeatedly had to call the insurance company to reopen the claim due to lack of cooperation from My Brother's Keeper. The services provided were paid out of pocket via automatic credit card charges. In short, we have been unable to make use of my father's long term care insurance benefits because of the unresponsiveness of My Brother's Keeper administrative staff."

"My mother has refused assisted living so she's staying in her house with a caregiver living with her. They live and stay with her around the clock. I live seventy-five miles away from her so I can’t be there everyday; and somebody needs to be with her. So these ladies from Preferred Care are great; I mean they’re really good! They do everything - light housekeeping, cook for her, take her anywhere she needs to go as far as driving. They're really like a companion because we have no family other than her and I and that's it; and I can't be in two places at once. I highly recommend them. Well, it was a little intrusive at first. She’s not used to somebody because my father passed away twenty years ago so she's been alone by herself; taking care of herself and doing what she was used to doing and then having somebody with her all the time, so it was a little bit out of her norm. It took her a little while to get used to it but she likes it now. Like I said it’s a companion; it’s somebody that can be there when I can’t or my wife or my kids or family can’t be there, so it is a nice feature that they offer. At first it was us and then we couldn’t do it around the clock anymore, so this made it a lot better. "

"Families Come First has incredible caring individuals who have cared for my father for over 2 years. They become like an extended part of our family. My father suffers from stage 3 Alzheimer's disease and is totally bedridden. There are no skin issues at all thanks to the wonderful care he receives. They help with household chores when he is sleeping. They truly do put families first and I recommend them to anyone who wishes to remain independent at home but needs that extra help. I find their rates to be very affordable as well. "
