My father is in Hampton Manor at Deerwood. They're very one-on-one, very caring and there's no smell or anything like that. The staff is very nice, very understanding and very helpful. He eats everything on his plate, and he has no complaints. It's very clean, it has no odors, and it doesn't smell like urine or anything like that. He's gone down and watched some people who have come in like little old lady dancers, things like that, just to get him out of the room and be a part of stuff like that. They have different things periodically that they can do or watch. Value for money is adequate. The price is probably right there with everybody else.

Hampton Manor Deerwood greatly benefits from Wendy and Janet's contributions. They identified my struggles and offered support, significantly improving my mental state. Their unwavering commitment to residents' well-being, including mine, is consistently demonstrated through their accessibility and compassion.

When it was time for my mother to move to an assisted living facility my sister toured the ones that my mom’s physician recommended. After the tours she said that it was obvious to her that Hampton Manor at Deerwood was the best choice. After being there for about a month, my mom called me a few days ago and said she loves her room, the food is very good, and that she’s very content there. That made me feel very happy. I’ve spoken with Wendy there, and when she says that their employees really care about the residents, I believe it. Thank you to everyone who works there!

My father stayed at Hampton Manor at Deerwood. It was a good community with the involvement of the people that lived there. It was homey. It was a very nice community, and they made people feel at home. It was clean and nice. They had a very nice courtyard with a water fountain. They had a very nice front porch where people sat and talked together. And they also had a lot of rooms you could rent. If you were going to have a small family gathering, they had lots of room for that. They had an exercise room and a computer room, too. I would live there.

My mother is currently living at this facility. The courtyard is gorgeous and has a lovely fountain. The rooms look very nice and seem rather spacious. I like that the place isn’t as large as others. The decor inside is lively as well. There are many activities. Mostly want to comment that the staff members have been very kind and helpful to my mother. I am not sure that I have the spelling correct but a kind lady named Shakira (Cara) has been so extra helpful to my mom when she goes through period of times of extreme weakness. Cara is caring and attentive and my mom speaks highly of her.

I'm living in Hampton Manor at Deerwood. I mostly do things here. I do my own laundry and I shower for myself. I'm here mainly because I had a massive heart attack, and I wasn't taking my pills correctly. So I'm here to have the aides help me with my pills, and so far it's been great. I've been doing well. I'm very happy here. I'm an ambassador. I did all the decorating of the Christmas trees. I volunteer at the store. We have a boutique, and I work there on Friday afternoons and help out. I am very involved here. I enjoy it a lot. It's great. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided with our payments, and the food is pretty good. It's not bad. I'm relatively happy with the food also. No complaints. We have a lot of activities. We go out every Wednesday. We have a bus that takes you out to lunch. We go to a lot of very nice restaurants. This Wednesday, we're going to Walmart for Christmas for people who need to shop for Christmas. We do a lot of things here. We have some activities with some singers coming in, and then we have programs. We have a lot of classes, and we learn how to do a lot of crafts and stuff. Almost every day something is going on. We have bingo every day. We have a thing called World of Wonder every morning. You can be as busy as you want to be or not at all, but I like to get involved in everything that's going on, so it's great. The staff here is wonderful. Most of the girls are great. The waitresses are good. Our administrative girls are wonderful. The girls who do the pills and the girls who come clean your rooms do great jobs. I'm very happy. I have no complaints about anybody. I think they're about as good as you can hope for.

We moved my mom into Hampton in December of 2022. We were referred by close family members whose mom is also there. The staff is very caring and attentive not only to mom but to any concerns we may have. The facility is kept immaculately clean. Other people that we know have placed their love ones at Hampton since mom moved in. I would highly recommend Hampton at Deerwood. Come see for yourself and we believe you will agree.

My father-in-law has moved into Hampton Manor Deerwood. The experience has been great. The people are good there. He is enjoying all the interaction that he is having with them and the programs they do. He is enjoying everything. His room is great. It's a one-bedroom apartment. It's spacious, it has a big walk-in closet, and it's super clean and very nice. They have bingo every day, which my father-in-law loves to do. They have live music and concerts that they put on. They have church services, too. The staff members have been great. We have eaten with my father-in-law on a couple of occasions, and they're very good.

We toured Hampton Manor at Deerwood. I saw a lot of residents and the staff attending to them. It just seems like a very nice place. I looked at a studio, and it was lovely. It looks like a hotel room. The layout would just be a matter of getting used to for anybody. It was clean though. The staff were very nice, very friendly, and professional. There were lots of activities going on. There were games, and we walked by an area where the activities director had people playing games on a video monitor. The residents were smiling. Everybody was happy. I just wish my mother could afford it.

We went to Hampton Manor at Deerwood. It was very nice and we were wanting to put mom in there, but they did not have a room. One of the things I liked about the Hampton Manor, it was a family-owned small place, which is more personal. But I don't think they would have been able to do the rehab. I don't think she would have been a good fit for that anyway because that was ALF and she needs a skilled nursing facility. So it probably wouldn't work out anyway.

My father moved into Hampton Manor at Deerwood last month. My brother found it, and he said he liked it, and we didn't have much time. So I said ok. I think it's wonderful. He's a diabetic, and he liked the food. However, he needed rehab, and there was a miscommunication. There was a delay. They have bible study. I think it's very clean and very pretty.

We went and looked at Hampton Manor at Deerwood. My mom told me she liked all the activities, and she enjoyed the staff while we were there, but she was nervous about the different levels. She didn't like that. The staff members were all very friendly. They showed us the rooms. They were very nice, and it looked like they were very accessible for people who were in wheelchairs. They were pretty large and there's plenty of room. The activities differ all the time, so we don't know everything they have. They had card games, and they had a sitting area that my mom would like, so she could go outside in the courtyard getting some sun in there, and things like that. They have a nice sitting room in there with a TV. It was pet-friendly, so some residents have pets. Their dining area was large and the tables were spaced out very well for residents to get around.

We toured Hampton Manor at Deerwood. I think it was beautiful, it's clean, very neat, very nice. I wouldn't have anything bad to say about them. The staffers we saw were all very friendly. I know they take bus tours, and they have all kinds of different activities going on during the day, but because of COVID they are a little bit more limited. They were definitely careful of everything. When we went over there, they were the only one who made us wear a plastic gown, plastic gloves, and N95 masks, so it was very well protected that way.

I have two friends who chose Hampton Manor for a residence for their mothers. They spoke highly of the friendliness, dignity, and cleanliness of Hampton Manor. My brother and I concur with them as my 94 yr. old faher seems to be thriving there. Praise the Lord!

I am living in Hampton Manor for two years now and I am very satisfied with almost everything. It is relaxing here. The staff is very good. If I don't like the food they make something that I do like. I am in a good size single room. They have activities like bingo and they have people come in and sing.

Hampton Manor was very nice. It only had 57 residents and that was for the downfall on that one because I figured my mother wouldn’t have as many friends. The people that worked there kept saying hi and they were very nice. The rooms were very nice. I know they have activities, but I don’t remember.

I believe I have come across Hampton Manor through the internet. I visited this place and they did show us everything. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They were like into the people and they just seemed to really care. Their rooms were very clean and of nice size. Their kitchens were very clean also. They did have some activities for their residents. I can't remember them specifically but I just remember thinking that my relative would enjoy them. My relative is a Christian and I believe also that they have a church that come in there. I thought he would be pretty safe there. I believe that is the one he is going to go when the times comes. What I like best about this community was mainly the people, their rooms, and their activities.
