They have been great from the moment I started bringing my mom. The staff is Caring, coming up with activities for everyone to enjoy. Pleased to say this is my mom’s second home while I am at work. And, let’s not forget the fact they have bilingual speaking staff which it is a plus.

Fort Caroline Garden was a very small facility. The lady that showed me around was very nice and answered all of my questions. I was able to see rooms on both sides. They are average rooms, but they furnish them. You can bring in other furniture if you want to. For their memory care, they have shared bathrooms in the hallways. I guess the residents only have a room without a bathroom. This was my only concern there, but that could be because they want to be able to help the residents with bathing since it is memory care.

This facility is run by a wonderful family that treats residents like family. This is not a corporate organization that will treat your loved one like a way to make money. Danny and his team love the folks they care for. They are values-centered and kind. Love all of them!!!

I recently visited the location in Fort Caroline. I have a family member that stays there. I think they provide a great value. The staff was incredibly kind, and the family that runs and owns the business does a great job. The story behind the facility is also great. I honestly think they care about the residents.

We like Fort Caroline Gardens/Her Heart Assisted Living. It's an old facility, but it's clean. The staff member who showed me around was nice. It felt a little homey, but you could still tell it was a facility. They play different games, they have church on Sundays, they do things for the holidays, they have barbecues on the 4th of July, and they take them out on field trips. It was nice outside, and they had ample parking space. The dining room was nice, spacious, and light. The food looked good and appealing.

It has been over a year that my Mother has been in Fort Caroline Gardens. My family and I are so grateful for the care she has received. To Shenny, Danny, Alex and all the Staff, ""THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!" They have all been excellent, loving, caring and reliable for all the needs of my Mom. We couldn't have chosen a better place. We are so very pleased.

From the moment you walk into the door you can feel the love and care that is here! It isn't easy leaving your loved one to be taken care of by others but this facility and people that work there really do care! My mom was cared for here and they were wonderful to her!

I'm saying one thing and one thing only, if you want your family to be taken well care of go somewhere else!!! They're water is contaminated and nothing but stomach viruses and pneumonia going around. The staff speaks in Spanish in front of me and my family yell down the hallways. I find it very rude. I've see the way management speak to the care aides. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My father currently lives at Ft caroline gardens. I love it! I make sure I come different days during the week and they have never disappointed me. The staff treat him and his family with respect. We love they have staff that speak Spanish. They keep my father well groomed and involved in activities. He is diabetic and the menu meet his needs. He gets easily dehydrated and they make sure he drinks fluids. His room is always clean. The laundry is always done. I am so thankful and i highly reccomend this ALF!

Fort Caroline Gardens was very nice. We didn’t like the existing part, but they're building another section. They did had about three private rooms available with Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, but the rest of the rooms had to share the same bathroom and shower. The rooms were clean. It’s very nice, but we couldn’t afford it. The staff was very nice and very good. The amenities seemed reasonable.

I visited Fort Caroline Gardens for my mother. It was not to my liking because it was more like an institution with several people living in one room. The bathrooms were inadequate because you have to go down the hallway to get to one. It wasn’t like living in a house; it was like living in a dormitory. There were many people in the hallways and the community areas. It just wasn’t for us.

I have visited this facility many times unannounced and found the residents to be clean and cared for. The food was so amazingly good that even I was willing to eat it. They offered us lunch and the staff were so friendly and inviting. I walked into them singing or doing current events. Very peaceful place!!!
