The Sunset Coast opened a new house right next door to their other house. We chose to have my mom there because they responded very quickly to us, presented everything, and gave us more information than most of the other ones that we had contacted. It was close to my dad, in a sense that he could drive over there. The people have been very upfront in calling us for whatever reason that we must know, and everything's just been falling into place and perfect for this situation. The staff is right on top of it. It's only a four-bedroom facility. So, it is a very small place and there's always somebody on staff. If there is ever a situation that arises, they have the house next door that has also staff available that can come over and assist. The food seemed very adequate and well-balanced too. Then they do card games, puzzles, and you can bring stuff that the resident needs without any issues. Since my mom likes watching TV, we brought one for her there.
