The staff are wonderful and will go out of their way for the residents. My dad was there for 8 years and they treated him like family. Some even called him "Uncle"! Really a great place.
We went to Traditions of Cross Keys. The tour was very good. The staff was nice. We had a good conversation. We went over all the amenities, prices, and everything. We took a tour of the building....
