I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Grateful for the caring, kind souls that work diligently to care for my aunt even through the hardest times.

My grandfather has been a patient at Bethesda Court for many years. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this facility since they’ve turned over to new management. The nursing care is wonderful! The new staff is tender, patient and sweet with the patients. I have observed over these last few months, at all hours of visits, and the care and cleanliness and staff have been excellent. The new administration is attentive and helpful. Also looks like they are renovating the whole building and adding new in room services...Might upgrade him to a private room :-)

I am a friend or relative of resident

I believe this place leaves much to be desired in a Personal Care facility. Some of the staff seemed dedicated to their positions while others were intimidating and uncaring. The floor on which my sister lived was infested with bed bugs. The place was either sprayed or "bombed" weekly or more often. The elevator was out of order weekly, sometimes daily. The fire doors have been locked when the elevators are down, which is a safety hazard in itself. The temperature was always in the high 70's which is a good breeding temperature for all kinds od criters. The food was terrible, according to my sister. She was only there 2 months and begged me daily to find another place for her, which I did.
